The Orchard

It was a routine business trip, a long day, and get down at jharsuguda airport and there is no cab service. Local taxi price was charging extremely high price. Probably it is the problem in all remote areas. If we remember dadar station before app cab days! finally i have arrived my The Orchard, was little uneasy, i booked the The Orchard in my flight and air hostess was telling to keep the phone, and found it was not royal orchid, its a stand alone The Orchard orchard! pros: 1. Spacious room 2. Maintain and clean The Orchard 3. Attentive staffs 4. Good quality of foods 5. I met the head of operations nice, friendly gentleman con 1. A bit over priced 2. Breakfast is very basic 3. Toiletries are little lower in quality critical point 1. Sleep quality is poor, need to take care of window installation in room, glass must be dgu 2. Need to change the pillows and increase the number of it in the bed 3. When you use hot water from the shower, there is absolutely no water pressure 4. There is no proper wifi for business traveller verdict in my next visit i shall again stay here. They have nice swimming pool, which i was not able to use. The The Orchard has full of plants, it a pleasure for eyes. I recommend this The Orchard.

My second trip to Jharsuguda and this time I was tense as had a foreigner business associate along. But once we were shown the rooms after the gentle smile at the reception, I relaxed a bit seeing my friend Niclas satisfied with his room. Soon we went for dinner and that is where both of us were floored. Never expected to find a restaurant serving good Chinese and Italian dishes. The next three dinners were all great with a variety of choices. Warm and receptive staff, clean rooms, a gym and a small swimming pool, it is a great The Orchard for that value.

This The Orchard myself stayed 6 years back as well it's still no.1 The Orchard for luxury stay and food taste is excellent services are fantastic and cleanliness and hygiene are best in class. Orchard the The Orchard should expand and bring more units in Jharsuguda to offer a similar experience as it's mostly booked and many people miss this experience.

A beautiful serene place. After kerala no place can beat this beautiful orchid collections. Very amazing collection of air plants, hoyas, orchids, bromelaids and whatnot. Owner is so passionate about it that you can feel his artistic bent in the whole layout. The The Orchard is very artistically laid out. A great destination event place.

The The Orchard is 8km from the main railway station. The rooms are well furnished and neatly maintained. The bathrooms were clean and hygienic. The The Orchard staff were very friendly and the behavior of all the staff was very good. The The Orchard management arranged cabs for railway station drop free of cost. Hope to be there again.

Stay was good, but personal was not professional. Treated as single, while we are family.
The size of bathrooms are not comfortable. Stool was absent at bathroom. Daily morning kit was only one, while we were family. Suger free bags were absent in tea kit. Only one sleeper provided while we were family. Room freshner not sprayed.

Checked into this Hotel. Which was very quick. Hotel is located little away from centre of city, which I feel is good as it helps from traffic. After a long day spending in those steel plants. Room were good, WiFi in room was okay, Interirors good. Good Sleep. Breakfast was good. Would recommend for business & family visit.

Centrally located at the heart of the city nearby to the market, banks, Railway station. Very Reliable place to stay with best quality service and decent rooms with a reasonable and very well maintained property .. Very friendly staff .. Superb ambience .. Yummy foods .. Everything needed for a comfortable stay

In The outskirts of Jharsuguda this is a great The Orchard mostly for business tours. Both MCL and Jharsuguda is near. Value for money The Orchard. Best in Jharsuguda

An unexpectedly great The Orchard for a place like Jharsuguda. Has almost all amenities that also in working condition. Food quality was great and service excellent. Can compete with any good 4 star property in metro cities.

A perfect experience and stay in The Orchard. When you walk around facility, you will See 1000 types of flowers and plants. They are so passionate about beauty and nature. We even saw their kitchen and washing area. Well kept and even staff respects it all.

Prefer to have chinese noodles

Stayed from evening to next day morning. Breakfast was average with limited menu. Definitely not commensurate with its star rating. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was also not worthy of the amount paid. However ok for a short stay.

With this new job, I have to travel to this part almost every week for a day or two. The experience I have got at Orchard is very good. Now it is a home away from home.

The only standard room appeared in selection but later learned at The Orchard that deluxe rooms are available.
