Magnificent views, decent food & a fine service made Orchard Greens a lovely stay for us. We booked the The Orchard Greens Resort (A centrally heated property) for four nights & based on our experience we extended our stay for one extra night. If you are choosing a comfy stay in Manali on a decent budget, you can't go wrong by selecting Orchard. Here are a few ups of staying at Orchards - 1. Staff is polite (it's the people that make the experience memorable 😊) 2. Good food (I found breakfast options a bit limited though) 3. Clean rooms (Always neat & tidy when we were back in the evening) 4. Responsive room service (Most of the services only a call away) 5. Amenities (Gym, play area & pool on the top floor) A few things that can be improved - 1. Dedicated walking passage for The Orchard Greens Resort (A centrally heated property) entry (Always muddy dues to snowfall & vehicles) 2. Room service (Only & only for hand towels & towels. We always had to request for the towels) So, if you are in Manali, I would highly recommend this beautiful 'Orchard'.

It was an excellent 4 days stay with clean & spacious interiors & excellent central heating. Special mention about the The Orchard Greens Resort (A centrally heated property) staff who were very helpful & generous. My stay included complimentary breakfast but since i was fasting (ramadan month), i could not take breakfast & requested them for some food at the time of breaking of fast in evening. They not only complied to my request but also offered me if i need anything more. I was touched by this humanly gesture. Their roof top swimming pool with its background mountain view & view from my room balcony was a cherry on the cake.

We stayed in luxury room. Pros- breakfast was too good. Lunch and dinner menus are also good. One must select breakfast option before booking. Nice fun zone area with games like foosball, pool, carrom also decent pool area with scenic view. Rooms are quite decent and spacious with good service. Cons- luxury rooms don't have much of a view from balcony, view is better from family room. Photos don't specify which rooms have jaccuzi. (i thought they provide luxury rooms with jaccuzi. Quite far from mall road. Small muddy pathway during rainy and snowfall season on the way to resort which can be improved.

Hotel was like 3 star , staff was polite .food was good. service was slow. They started calling several times before our checkout time which was 11 am , though I booked taxi from their travel desk still after receiving several calls got irritated and left the room before 11 and sat in their lobby where there was no fan or ac for approx 30 minutes till our taxi came . On the other hand I saw they calling other rooms till 11.30 to vacate politely requesting. I was travelling with my old mother and we had to sit in hot weather in lobby which I didn’t liked

The room was excellent. Service was very good. The staff were quite cooperative and efficient. Though overall we enjoyed our stay i have a few suggestions. 1. The restaurant was not centrally heated. During night time it was cold and uncomfortable. 2. Hot water in the bathroom is provided only in the morning hours. At-least for a few hours in the evening it should be available 3. The The Orchard Greens Resort (A centrally heated property) may consider providing umbrellas on rent for the needy otherwise it is a very good experience

Location was good peace place walking to hadimba temple and Mall Road, food quality is too bad service is so poor even morning buffet is not good overall The Orchard Greens Resort (A centrally heated property) is good but I don’t prefer for food to anyone moreover service is very slow in morning buffet we have to wait for so long for anything room service is also very poor

Hotel room was good. Cleanliness was also good, except the entrance has dirt path for 15 meters which due to water and ice coverts to mud. Food was average at best. Just book for accommodation and that's it.
