Awesome is the word. The The Orchard Retreat & Spa is a beautiful property right in the middle of orchards, it is a bit far from main Srinagar but that is what we needed, a place away from the hustle bustle and in the beautiful serene environment! Full points for beautifully kept gardens, sparkling rooms, and amazing customer service. During the 3 nights we stayed here we loved every bit right from the scrumptious meals, cycling around the garden and sitting in gardens overlooking the mountains!! The The Orchard Retreat & Spa services are 5 stars and the staff is helpful and courteous. We visited Kashmir first time & stay here made it memorable!! One suggestion would be to open the swimming pool early as staff told us the health club and pool opens at 11 which is not very helpful for the guests. Also, my package mentioned all health club facilities expect massage but then we were informed only swimming pool & gym is complimentary. But otherwise, it’s an amazing place all thanks to great hospitality and positivity you feel here!! Will come back for sure.

I had planned to come along on my marriage anniversary to kashmir and had zeroed in on Orchard Retreat and Spa after looking at the pictures. Really enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the staff. I spent 4 nights and 5 days at the resort and loved the morning breakfast buffet and the love walks in the resort, to the mid day gym and afternoon pool. Got a relaxing deep tissue massage at the Spa. Nasir from the The Orchard Retreat & Spa staff was really helpful planning my trip itinerary politely answering all our queries Ashraf and other staff at the restaurant and coffee shop were always ensuring we had good authentic Kashmiri and international cuisine during The entire stay. Would love to stay at The Orchard once again next time around totally mesmerizing and now ready to head back to The corporate life.

It was a lovely stay. Food was excellent though pricing was a bit high. We were never disappointed with The food on our entire stay. Service was excellent be it reception, room service, food and beverages or anything else. Property has beautiful garden, better than Mughal gardens in The City. Their cottages are good with nice and spacious bathroom. Since The Orchard Retreat & Spa is a bit far from City, I would recommend transport arrangement in advance as taxi service from The Orchard Retreat & Spa is costly. Overall it was a very pleasant stay away from pollution, hustle and bustle of The City. Would highly recommend a stay at this The Orchard Retreat & Spa.

Stayed for five nights, with my wife and 4 year old daughter. Overall The experience was great. The parts that I liked were food, reception, travel assistance, horticulture, staff, wifi, pool, location and view. There was nothing bad but I would like to suggest a few improvements. I have stayed in resorts, where rooms were cheaper but grander, with nice private lawns, but here the rooms were a little small and balconies were not private and lawns were shared. The food could have been a bit cheaper, specially The tea (that I want very frequently) and kahwa, coffee was not in menu at all. They could improve on the frequency of refilling The toiletries.

The place is very beautiful with a mini orchard of sorts with almond, apple and many other trees. Well designed and a beautiful and well maintained garden. On enquiry we got to know that the owner is a large land owner and an avid plantsman and it shows ! the property layout is good and the rooms are spacious and well equipped with all amenities. The level of cleanliness is also commendable. Both the food and service at the restaurant is good. We tried both the buffet as well as a-la carte and found both satisfying. In summary, we found it worth the (relatively high) charge that we paid for it. Worth an experience!

I loved the place, the staff most of all were courteous and caring. Thanks especially to Fiza. The resort is quiet. Very comfortable and clean. Food is on the expensive side. The coffee is good, same for tea. We booked cabs from the The Orchard Retreat & Spa, the drivers are nice and knowledgeable. They might try and sell you usual trips, skip that and do your own thing. Local transport is unreliable in Srinagar and this place is far from town or market, so reliance on the resort is high. Dal lake is close. We stayed four nights and really enjoyed our vacation.

The property is extremely beautiful with lush garden, green apple and walnut trees. The property offers various activities such as bicycle riding, table tennis, swimming pool, etc. Rooms are quite spacious and breakfast spread was also good.

Excellent Stay at the The Orchard Retreat & Spa. Great Location . Calm and serene. The property opened last month and its just awesome . The Rooms are spacious with all 5 star amenities The Food is excellent and not to forget the courtesies Service staff . Special mention of Anupam to have ensured we had a comfortable stay . The property has breathtaking views and will be one of the finest properties in Srinagar soon .

Orchard resort is true to its name. Full of flowers, fruit trees, greens surrounded by lush nature. Cottages are very comfortable and balcony is open towards green lawns. Excellent place to spend 2 days atleast.

Good resort, awesome stay, food and spa were amazing.

The resort is located away from Srinagar City and it's cottages surrounded by lush gardens and orchards of apple, cherries and walnuts coupled with birds chirping was no less than a paradise in itself.
