The Orchid

I had a wonderful one day stay at this The Orchid. The entire The Orchid is well maintained. The service staff both at the reception and restaurant is awesome. They are very polite and courteous. I had lunch at the boulevard restaurant. Since it was a week day they didn’t have the buffet but they gave me an option to order unlimited food (veg and non-veg) from the buffet menu and it was served to me on the table. Food was tasty and i could customize it as per my choice. The service staff at the restaurant is very co-operative. My room was clean and had a good view. The ac and all other fittings were working perfectly. The swimming pool was a bit small but it is well maintained. The buffet breakfast spread is wide and the food is delicious and satisfying. Overall, my entire experience at the orchid, lonavala was exceptional. This was my first time at the orchid and i will definitely go back again. Highly recommend to all.

I found this The Orchid "the orchid, lonavala" during search. I rated this The Orchid excellent to stay for family. The The Orchid all the staffs right from security guards, reception personnels, room service, room, restaurant, every things found neat and clean and all the personnels have provided us very good services during our in this The Orchid. Foods were excellant, all the personnel behaviour, service attitudes are excellant. We had a good times during our short stays over there. I highly recommended to stay in this The Orchid for the peoples who are like to stay in good The Orchids in lonavala. This The Orchid all the services are excellant. Personnel behaviour of every staffs are very helpful and must say outstanding. My overall remark is "excellant.

Excellent stay. Near to market, so its easy to travel to purchase anything. Yet situated closer to mountains to provide you a great feel. Jain temple situated at 5 mins walking distance. Check-in check-out process. Quick and smooth. Staff: very cordial but little slow. Drinks to be served by the pool took ages even after complaining to the manager. Hotel ambiance & room amenities: 7/10. Good ambience, clean swimming pool. Also good club house to spend time. Dj party on saturdays as well. Room amenities are also good. Cleanliness: all the covid rules and policies are taken care. Safety standards are followed. Food: excellent food. Loved the taste. Adequate spread. Value for money: absolutely.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Orchid. Everything about the The Orchid was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel staff including the frontdesk, shantanu, shreya were helpful at check in & check out. We had a 2 year old kid with us and the staff acceded to all out adhoc requests for food. Shadab, pankaj, akshay, sumona were very helpful & co-operative. Shreya went out of the way and surprised us with the room decoration for our kids birthday ! extremely satisfied with the hospitality. Special mention to the housekeeping staff, shad-ab ali. Property is at prime location and on main road. Hygiene and safety standards are intact as per covid norms. Food was good but bit expensive with sgst + cgst. Housekeeping staff is very polite and helpful. Room was well maintained and clean. Special thanks to the front desk staff, mr vinayak and mr shantanu and above all ms so-ma for the warm welcome and being helpful all times during our stay. It was quite relaxing even working from The Orchid, wifi connectivity was good all times !

Found this property with best rates. But after check in we realized they have all amenities one can expect in leisure trip. They offer recreation activities like pool, PS games and all indoor games. They have multi cuisine restaurant plus south Indian delicacy that is just delicious. lot of varieties offered in the breakfast and great quality. Rooms are well maintained and they offer good hill views as well. I found everything hygienic and best property to stay. Try it !!

Hotel is good and has all basic amenities. However it does not seem like a 5 star. Would classify it anywhere between a 3. 5 to 4 star. Rooms are small. Ac was not very effective and room kept getting warm often. Staff is courteous and polite and eager to please. Service is good. Food is good as well though we did not order much all items were tasty. Lot of parking space. Overall a good experience except for the points mentioned above

Stayed at the orchid, lonavala for two nights with family. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was responsive and polite. The food at the boulevard restaurant was good and not too pricey.

My experience is good but as The Orchid mananagement has committed that we give a complimentary upgrade den within 1 day they are making us fool that our plumbing line is damaged so u have to change the room so the way they doing is wrong and the The Orchids staff is rude

The rooms were clean neat and well maintained for the size. Washroom was also clean. You will need to carry your shampoo and conditioner. The The Orchid is nature friendly ie no plastics - glass bottled water provided and refilled by the The Orchid. View not that great never the less we enjoyed because of the advent of monsoon. Also the staff is very courteous and friendly. All in all we loved the stay & experience

The ambience, service and the breakfast buffet is very good. Recommended stay.

It was a good stay. The parking was covered so protected for rain. Checkin was smooth. Food taste including cafe needs improvement

The Orchid Lonavala is a very nice proprty to stay. Good hospitality by front desc staff especially by Soma mam. 🙏 A neat, clean & well maintained surrounding & beautiful lawn with seating arrangent.👌 In Gr. floor dining, breakfast & dinner were very tasty. Dining staff was very prompt.👌 Good room service. 👌

Nice rooms. Good hospitality. Would be great if you keep sleepers and shaving kit. A wall clock would also be a nice addition (digital or sweeping to avoid icking sound.

The rooms and the The Orchid are well maintained and kept very hygienic.

Orchid maintains its glory, rooms are spacious food is nice, staff courteous absolute lovely, breakfast is ok ok not very tasty but still manageable, locations is good, worth the money

Checked in on 28th july 2023 afternoon and checked out on 30th july 2023, the rooms can be better in terms of size, the food and beverage at the boulevard cafe is amazing. The overall experience was good and can be better in terms of rooms only, rest all good.

This is one of the best property with clean rooms with delicious food. Worth it in budget segment. Good ambience. Receptionist is very humble and polite. Restaurant staff and manager is also cooperative. They provide food after 11. 00 pm also. Overall it was memorable experience to me and my family. I will definitely recommend this The Orchid to everyone.
