I've been to quite a few 5-star The Orchid Hotel Mumbai Vile Parles in the past outside bombay, but in mumbai this was our first time, and i must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment i set foot in the lobby i knew i was in for a treat. Everything we needed was avaliable, the service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The rooftop pool, fitness center, and spa facilities were top-notch, offering breathtaking views of the city. I guess it was these little things that made us feel at home. I definitely do plan on visiting again, and would recommended this to anyone whose looking to have a beautiful experience if they're in mumbai.

All was good except the payment they took for airport drop. Last time to mumbai t2 they offered me complimentary drop off, this time the staff at reception insisted for payment despite i was trying to explain, i always travel through t2 and used to get complimentary airport drop. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, as mentioned in the photos. The The Orchid Hotel Mumbai Vile Parle is in a quiet neighbourhood inspite of being in a busy central part of the city, very close to the airport. The rooms need some lighting though. The dim lighting can be annoying after a point. But all in all, a good stay.

Very close to the airport, within my budget, neat and clean, good food, every employee greets with a smile and namasthe irrespective of whether i need a service from him her or not. Good tasty, though its a buffet the food is served at the table. Good amenities in the room etc etc over all, very good stay.

I had an exceptional stay at orchid. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to the day. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Property location is good. Food quality was good. Amenities also ok. Services are experience was excellent. Only think, dinner table for 2 is very short and strictly not allowed to occupy table of 4 which is very congested
