I choose always orchid group The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune to stay, just one suggestion if you are giving The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune for functions, wedding then please separate residents guest, my room was in second wing, for approaching the room we go from all guest eating food and we finding our way, totally waste management, i know construction work is going on property, but please look for that this is not acceptable. But room was super comfortable, clean and hygienic, bathroom was big and available all toiletries there. I love elevator because it is superfast. Reception staff was very helpful mr vijay was upgrade my room because of 3 adults my his side, thank you for this. Breakfast variety was good and food is tasty. Love this The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune always but please look on that thing i mentioned already

I had an amazing experience at the orchid The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune. My car had broken due to which they cooperated with us. Gave us some complimentary hours to stay back as i had been there with my wife. They understood my situation. Also staff is very helpful and chef pravin from their restaurant is a thorough gentleman he took special care of us. Our suggestions he took very sportily. Overall v loved our stay n would highly recommend this The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune to all.

It was amazing. Got a room with bathtub. Buffet was good. Liked that leaf note of room cleaning/laundry service. Uniformity was missing in the rooms which can be improved. Also, got stuck in one of the floors while looking for gym/pool wherein a sticker/note should be there if a floor is not functional as lift didn't come later and we were stuck until we called seeking help and a staff came to help us so we gave feedback on the same day. Overall the property is amazing and had a good stay.

Sorry it is not it is not 5 rating is 2. It is bad experience we have booked room and advance payment is cleared for dinner charges i requesting him to put on my room i will clear at the time of check out but dining incharge doesn't agree and he argued me & forced me to clear dinner bill there only. Finally i cleared dinner bill there this is very bad experience as you are not giving faith on customer for dinner bill to clear at the time of check out regards sharad gaikwad

The The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune was great, the rooms were clean and quite spacious. All basic and luxury amenities were present at the The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune. It is located on the highway near hingewadi which is quite accessible. The staff was very courteous and prompt. The breakfast spread was amazing at it covered continental, indian and western cuisine along with fruits, juices, assortment of breads and live counters. Don’t have that

This property is located at a vantage point, easily accessible from mumbai - bengaluru highway. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is very polite and courteous. The restaurant serves a variety of cuisine with a newly opened korean restaurant. Presently the swimming pool is inoperative and likely to start functioning from jun e 2024. All in all it is a good place to stay for business and holiday travel both.

it was an excellent and amazing stay with polite and courteous staff. Our room was upgraded to a luxurious room with kingsize bed and a bathtub with breakfast at a nominal price. Cleanliness and decor is also 👌. Only problem faced was that "0" dialling was not attended after many trials but later it was attended on other dialled number.

The The Orchid Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune is good location-wise if your office is in hinjewadi. The rooms are spacious and food is decent. For the fee that you pay the property is worth it.

Location and services is good. Have not used much of amenities, so cannot say much about it. Food tastes not so great especially indian dishes.
