The Orchid Shimla

I have stayed in this property for four days. I had booked this property by reading the good reviews. And i must say i had never regretted my decision. Everything was above the mark. The staff were very courteous and taking care of every minute derails. I will specially like to appreciate mrs. Rekha sharma ( executive housekeeper) for her professionalism towards her work. I had left my laptop along with my important documents at the reception of The Orchid Shimla during checkout. When i reached home i found that bag was not there. I called her and immediately she responded. The very next day she had sent her person mr. Gee-eta ram sharma to the courier office which was quite far from her place. All the packing with extra care has been personally done by them. People with such attitude towards their work are very hard to find in today’s world. They are the real asset z for their organization. I wish the entire team of mrs. Relay sharma all the best. Please keep the good work.

I wanted to gift my parents with happy, comfortable, luxury stay along with very healthy and tasty food. The orchid The Orchid Shimla satisfied all my requirements. My parents were very very happy to stay at the orchid. We would love to go to shimla again and stay at the orchid again.

The orchid shimla is amazing The Orchid Shimla in shimla for best stay and view. I feel luxury experience. Breakfast and dinner food is very excellent. Room service is very fast and good. Hotel staff is very friendly and excellent

Hotel and staff service is good. Finding The Orchid Shimla was easy u just need to follow google maps. One point which can be odd is it's distance from mall road and other local attractions.

The staff at orchid shimla was extremely courteous and did ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were all well mannered and had customer centric approach. Happy with the overall service
