I recently stayed at the pal THE PAL HOTEL in leh from the 10th to the 17th of november during a business trip, and i must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment i arrived, the hospitality of the staff stood out. They made me feel right at home, which is a rare find on work-related travels. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff's attentiveness and dedication to ensuring my comfort. I had early starts for work, often leaving as early as 6 am. Despite the early hour, the THE PAL HOTEL staff went above and beyond by packing breakfast for me. The thoughtfully prepared meals included a variety of items such as dry fruits, sandwiches, and other essentials, ensuring i never started my day hungry. The THE PAL HOTEL itself was cozy and well-maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. After long days of work, returning to such a welcoming environment was truly refreshing. Overall, the pal THE PAL HOTEL provided an exceptional experience. Their commitment to guest satisfaction and their ability to create a home-like atmosphere made my business trip incredibly smooth. I would highly recommend this THE PAL HOTEL to anyone visiting leh, whether for business or leisure.

Its very beautiful and value for money stay, loved the staff at the THE PAL HOTEL especially Mr Amit Kumar and Tenzing ensured that we are comfortable and happy during the course of our stay, The ambience is priceless and the view is splendid, the wooden interior make the THE PAL HOTEL cozy, Ratan art work and minor details in the room is what would make me come back to stay again

This was my 4th stay at The PAL and as always it was a fantastic experience. Clean and cozy rooms, hot water 24x7, great service and staff and really really good food. Apart from that this THE PAL HOTEL is very close to the main market and you can easily walk to most cafés and restaurants. The perfect budget-luxury experience in my opinion!

This Leh THE PAL HOTEL offers exceptional accommodations in sub-zero temperatures. The effective in-room heating ensures guest comfort, negating the impact of outside cold. The food quality and service are excellent. This was my second stay, and I plan a third visit in May.

I had an excellent stay at The Pal Hotel The amenities were perfect for the local climate and the staff were friendly and courteous. The only area for improvement is the food menu, which could be more diverse. Overall, highly recommended!

Great location and views of leh city. Especially from 4th floor rooms. Amenities are comfortable. 24hr hot water and room heater were a blessing

Overall experience was good but housekeeping services were unavailable which isn’t ideal for long stays.

The stay was excellent. Food was good and staff was very polite. The only problem was that the room was too hot, even without heater. We were feeling hot even with the fan on. Otherwise, stay was great.
