Just had an amazing stay. Service was fantastic, the staff was very attentive, and the rooms were very big and clean. Lovely décor. Location is nearby mall road and Naini Lake. The good thing is they have parking space also.

Poor. And not worth the money. I paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The place is almost rundown with old dusty curtains and mouldy walls and carpet.

Good hotel near Mall Road Nainital

We stayed for 2 nights. The stay was okay as we were out whole day exploring Nainital during the day and only stayed in the hotel during night. The room allotted to us was on ground floor in the corner with no view. Staff behavior is polite. If you want to stay close to mall road in Nainital and want an in house parking for your vehicle then this place is recommended.

best hotel in Nainital wakeble distance from mall road & Nainital Lake & Naini Mata temple very good property but reception is not good very poor system and behaviour detain me' 1hour no wellcome drinks or no offer glass water

Terrible experience. The staff, especially the manager, was extremely uncooperative. He was super rude and had the worst hospitality. The pictures of the stay are not even slightly close to the actual property. It is horribly maintained and even the basic amenities are lacking. They don't allow outside food inside the so-called palace, and the food over there . They are charging exorbitantly for this. Won't recommend this to anyone.

Majestic Stay with homely hosts. The palace is beautiful in every aspect, with modern amenities included to sustain today's livelihood. Food is awesome and service is one of the most memorable. location wise it is conveniently placed, close to Mall Road, and Bara Bazaar.
