Terrible experience. The staff, especially the manager, was extremely uncooperative. He was super rude and had the worst hospitality. The pictures of the stay are not even slightly close to the actual property. It is horribly maintained and even the basic amenities are lacking. They don't allow outside food inside the so-called palace, and the food over there . They are charging exorbitantly for this. Won't recommend this to anyone.

Majestic Stay with homely hosts. The palace is beautiful in every aspect, with modern amenities included to sustain today's livelihood. Food is awesome and service is one of the most memorable. location wise it is conveniently placed, close to Mall Road, and Bara Bazaar.

It is definitely a Haritage property but there are neither good facilities nor proper house keeping..the situation of the bedroom and washroom is unhygienic..the food is very tasteless and along with it there are 2 costly things..baby Milk 125/200 ml chargeable Conclusion Staying in a hotel is not worth it.🙏

stay at the property was very good. Staff members were very friendly.Amenities provided were good. Since the building was old enough there was some kind of smell due to rain this can be fixed.Overall stay was good and enjoyed.

This is a very good hotel. The staff here serves the customers very well. I liked the way they talk to the guest. The food here is also very good. The rooms are beautiful with view they have all amities like parking, restaurant, hot water. mall road distance is walkable.
