My guests were traveling from Delhi to jaipur and I booked this property from but this property was very bad at service and very worst at when it comes to room services and food services as well as the basic equipments were not working like TV and wifi. Worst experience ever

The stay was quite average. The staff is nice though. But we needed to have to ask for basic toiletries in room. The pizza we ordered in room as made with ready made pizza base, something I wud have appreciated being informed prior as I do not like that. However chef made outstanding chicken dish that was melt in mouth. The stay was average, there is no hair dryer in room. After requesting they gave us something that barely worked. No conditioner either. I mean from a hotel this standard and paying a good amount for a night, we do expect certain basic amenities. The restaurant was good who brought breakfast to our table as buffet was not laid due to low occupancy. The room size is small. Has small balcony. And spacious bathroom. But no space for an added bed if any family might need.

Located on the Jaipur Ajmer highway, its the best resort. The spacious cottage room with balcony is amazing. The food is good. The property is primium.

I love the hospitality , they cared us as a family, the view is really traditional and food is also awesome.

So beautiful palace with good facilities though we were only guest they ensured all amenities were facilitated

this hotel is of 3 star category. It's basically a convention hall type of property for marriage parties. Ordinary rooms everything was choked. The best part is it's food. very very tasty. location very Ordinary. Don't reccomend to a family

AC not working properly ,high temperatures in the room.Bathroom ventilation poor, someone goes for toilet,room getting smell

The property was overall good but considering the price of stay it could have been much better. The breakfast menu, toiletries, room ambiance (persistent smell as no exhaust in washroom and mosquitoes) etc must be improved. The room service was quick that I must mention

The property is beautifully done up with a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. The location works well since it is isolated enough to not feel like you are in the middle of city chaos but also accessible by cabs easily.

It is one of the best stays I have stayed at by a mile. Wonderful hospitality by the staff and very polite and out of the way services. Very amazing breakfast and food service and ambience is just wow for the pictures and stay. This is by mile one of the best palace stays I have ever seen. The hospitality and service was very warm and welcoming with so many complimentary services and the ambience was so amazing. Cant ignore the staff which is so polite and helpful. The hotel carpet and common areas were dirty. The room was not cleaned and too-let paper was missing. The person at reception was very aggressive and insisted on carrying our small cabin bags to our rooms in-spite of us saying ‘no’ multiple times. Food was ok.

Staff is co-operative. Goes out of the way to help. They arranged heater for us as it was cold and didn't charge for it. They prepared dish on demand specially for us and it really felt nice. We got a room upgrade as well for reasonable price. Hotel is situated on highway and far from city. We were on road trip and it was great choice for us as jaipur city traffic is mess during weekend/holiday season. For city travel, we used auto/cab which was available via uber in reasonable price.

Hotel was fine, but i am disappointed with booking process and way mmt and hotel handles the booking issue. Due to an error, no one was able to resolve and because of that i faced challenge during check in and extra money which makes the overall experience not soo good.
