The location was good but the swimming pool was very bad, The water was dirty, and not properly maintained. food okok.

Good property in terms of location and rooms.. Facilities average. Services poor in view of no staff.. Food quality average in view of lack of cooking staff...

Calm and noise free place to stay in nature and lap of sea. Beautiful, clean and very cooperative staff

Half of the things on the menu of hotel was not available.

The stay was overall nice, the resort was good, it had a good restaurant just one thing the swimming pool was not maintained, rest all was good the rooms and staff was excellent

it’s. very pathetic service against very high charges 1. room was given which under renovation /maintainance post request it’s was changed 2. ⁠no management in restaurant- need to wait 30 minutes for tea and even after that need to check out without doing breakfast

The room was ok, however, the issue was that their premise did not have an operational restaurant and we had to go to a small time dhaba nearby where they made alternate arrangements for breakfast. Secondly, among amenities, swimming pool was also not available as they were renovating a big portion of their premise. They should have mentioned all this and avoided discomfort for travelers like us. The staff was helpful and on enquiring they clarified that they are arenovation and now they have updated the same on the internet as well and stopped taking new bookings. Perhaps, better late than never.

Worst experience. There was nil service or response right from reception to basic beddings, from drinking water to electricity. Zero cooperation but completely focused on money minting only. Not a single staff was there to even ask our details. We including children did all the tasks like bringing bed sheets etc ourselves. If there s a word worse than terrible, id use it. Yes it was just horrible

This hotel lacks essential services such as food, including tea or coffee in room, as the restaurant remains closed. Additionally, the pool is in poor condition and does not meet expectations. Despite appearing attractive in pictures, the hotel is not situated near the seashore and the poolside amenities are minimal, with only a table provided without chairs. Furthermore, the hotel's location is somewhat remote, requiring a 15-minute walk from any room to reach the pool area. It is situated on the outskirts, making it inconvenient for guests without personal transportation. Overall, while the rooms are spacious, the lack of amenities and the inconvenience of the location detract significantly from the overall experience

The resort maintenance is average and tgey don’t have inhouse dining and outsourced it to neighboring small restaurant overall not value for money

Rooms are good but service is not good. Our rooms are not ready to stay when we were reached. Not properly cleaned. Breakfast was arranged outside of the resort with very low grade restaurant.

It was quite a disappointing stay. No water in bathroom till evening. Info : resort was running on dry taps due to pump not working. Could not wash or bath. Poor experience with breakfast, took us to a cafe outside. Only paratha, poha no buffet although promised by receptionist. It seems, management of resort is an issue. Mm t should not recommend this resort. I should get compensation for default in services.

No service, swimming pool, which was the only attraction was not allowed, no basic facilities, boring place

The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. Few things such as room service and telecome availability in rooms are missing. The location is also good, near to the beach. Allover the stay is good.

Great resort and ambience. All credit to the property. But zero service. Food ok ok. Restaurant far from the rooms.

Swimming pool not in use. Restaurants & pool should be at centre, it is not properly planned. Need to walk. 500 m for food & come back to room,. No vehicle provided

The hotel management and staff is very cooperative. Since there are not many guests, food is prepared for us only. There are a little lonely environment, swimming pool is not working, but overall happy staying

Good rooms, good concept but no good food no extra activity, it's resort so there should be some extra activity, big problem is there is no network coverage
