Cleanliness the entire room was so clean including the overall area of the hotel, service, awesome breakfast, nice amenities.

It is best resort in Gurgaon. It’s in heart of city. Best amenities, nice room. Really liked it.

Hotel Palm 4 Star Property – My Experience My experience at this hotel was very bad. The food quality was not good, prices were too high, and the staff was not cooperative at all. Also, the room I had booked was not provided as promised and there was no support from the management. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this property.

The experience was satisfactory. Courteous staff, quick in room dining service, superb food quality and spacious rooms. They also have an activity room & kids play area on site where in one can enjoy indoor games like carrom, playstation, pool table, xbox 360 & much more. Swimming pool is also huge alongside the huge party lawn. Just one thing, while booking, you won’t find any option to add breakfast with rooms, you can avail buffet breakfast at ₹625/- per person.

I selected The Palms property because it is equipped with a very good fitness centre. The open lawn area is very pleasant and the Food is delicious. The only thing which can be improved is the morning breakfast buffet spread. Variety in the morning breakfast is limited. I would rate this property 4/5 and would recommend fitness lovers to stay here.

Not a five star it’s a club with amenities basically for function and celebration

Not a five star as breakfast is average and it more club for marriages and party rather than full fledged hotel

huge property,just a glitch is rooms allocated was not good since its a narrow passage through which we need to enter, didn't expected for a 5 star hotel like this. service is fast, strange thing they ask for bill payment instantly and don't wait till guest checkout. need to be better in terms of Buffet breakfast which seems very less for a 5 star property

The place is nice, but the rooms are old and dated...they really need a makeover. The best part is the gym and pool, they're great. The breakfast restaurant and servers in the breakfast restaurant are ill-mannered, definitely needs improvement.

I stay here often despite its obvious flaws. Pros- Location, pricing and it's restaurant Cons- no service, no lifts, very poor air conditioning. And yes it's a venue for loud family functions almost everyday. Avoid in peak summer. I keep coming back due to familiarity but they need to improve.

Booked only for their spa, which turned out to be closed — something nowhere mentioned on their listing. Reached within 10 minutes of booking, well before check-in, and asked for cancellation. Staff made us wait 30 minutes, refused to help For a “luxury” hotel, their attitude was worse than Zero professionalism, zero empathy. Avoid at all costs.

The stay was comfortable. Definitely beyond what i had expected. everything in the room was good. There is a need to keep the kettle more clean. It had stains due to usage. A dressing mirror was missing in the room. Rest of it was very good. Overall the property is very nice and welcoming. Definitely I will revisit.

Tha room was so clean and proper maintain. Food was awesome and tasty with reasonable price. Specially I took the breakfast and it was very nice in view of health . Staff was also cooperative with good behaviour.

Everything was good but I requested for the plate and bowl however they don't get delivered and normally all toiletries items are provided however there are no any items in the bathroom and I requested 2 times but nothing was delivered.
