The Palms Town & Country Club

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The palm resort and country club Gurgoan, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was immaculate, with modern décor and a fresh, clean scent that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the cleanliness throughout my stay, ensuring the space was spotless each day. One of the highlights was the food. The The Palms Town & Country Club’s restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, each thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Breakfast was a particular treat, with a buffet that catered to all tastes, offering everything from fresh fruit to indulgent pastries and made-to-order omelets. Overall, The Palm resort exceeded my expectations in every way, from the top-notch service to the exceptional cleanliness and dining options. I highly recommend this The Palms Town & Country Club to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious stay

Good comfortable stay with family including a 1 year old kid. They've a large play area with many things to do for the kids of all ages. The food was too good and prices were not very high for the quality being served. The rooms could have been better. The one where we stayed had strong smell of cigarettes, even though they claimed all rooms are non-smoking. We tried to change rooms, but the one of the alternate rooms suggested had damp humid smell, and the other one didn't have a working ac. Front desk staff could also be more helpful/polite. Their immediate reaction on the request to get ground floor room for ease of being with a baby was a flat no, even though they had rooms available which the other staff member pointed out since she overheard.

The property is really good. But at first they gave us rooms which were just okish with no view. Those rooms were not even in the main building, looked like some side area. When we asked them to change rooms, they upgraded us by taking extra amount + taxes, to main The Palms Town & Country Club building. But that is only because we paid more apart from our already given amount booking. It can't it was best experience at first impression. Later after upgrade, it was superb experience. Good rooms, great view, good restaurants, would love to stay again.

The The Palms Town & Country Club boasts a fantastic location near a lively running road with late-night eateries. While the food is decent, not exceptional, the reasonable tariff for this 5-star property makes it a value-for-money choice. In-room service can be a bit slow, but the overall experience benefits from the excellent location and affordability.

Property location is good. Right near Millennium city centre metro station. They allow online food delivery , thats good. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience. But Wifi is not good at all in current scenarios. Again, it is not a The Palms Town & Country Club, it is club house , so members keep coming in. so you can mind that. Rest is fine

Very nice property. Grand luxury rooms are anytime better than premier club rooms. Price difference is negligible so better to book luxury rooms. Food is great @ decent price. Swimming pool is amazing. Location is good as it is in middle of gurgaon but still look away from city as it is quite and buildup like that. Staff is good and courteous.

The resort is excellent and they have all the activities like a kids play area, pool, gym. The restaurant has a genuine rate as well can have all the varieties of food. The only thing we found was the air conditioner in the room it wont cool the entire room gives air or somewhat cooling at one place not feeling cool at all on the bed area.

Find this place while searching for weekend getaway on make-my trip. Place is very nice and facilities are good too. Mice gad-en and pool area.

Very good stay. Nice resort. Parsley was good but only one problem is that water bottle are on chargeable basis.

Breakfast was fabulous and we had a great time staying here. The staff was really sweet to talk to.

We got upgraded to presidential suite and the room was amazingly done. The staff is good and humble. Location is great! i would highly recommend

Had a very relaxing stay. Property is very beautiful in the middle of the city. Rooms are big and spacious.
