Good location and comfortable hotel. Bathing area could be slippery. Staff attitude is good. Food quality and restaurant is worth trying

Internet not working, hot water is not consistent and AC switches off and on randomly. Power cut is very frequent.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The rice they send was smelling foul. On asking complaint book they offered feedback form. Regularly tried to bribe by offering other eateries. Dint give the complaint book finally and I had to leave due to urgency work

I recently stayed for one night at The Panache, Patna, and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. A special thanks to Shifa at the Reception, who was extremely welcoming and professional during check-in and throughout the stay. Her courteous demeanor set a positive tone from the beginning. Also, Shubham at the Restaurant deserves appreciation for his attentive service and friendly approach, which made the dining experience delightful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend The Panache for a comfortable stay in Patna. Looking forward to visiting again!

The restaurant staff was also very accommodating and professional. The location of the hotel is another strong point. It is centrally situated, making it convenient to travel around the city and access nearby markets, business centers, and attractions. However, there is always room for improvement. A few small touches—like quicker room service during peak hours or slightly faster laundry turnaround—could enhance the overall guest experience further. Also, a little more attention to the Wi-Fi connectivity in rooms would be appreciated for business travelers like me.
