It was an ok stay. The plus points were cleanliness which was very well maintained and food , which was very tasty. But variety was less. The staff I feel were inexperienced. They took a long time to give us our rooms on check in. They said it was so because we had asked on the same floor. Still we were made to wait from 3.15 to 4.30 pm. Of course they did compensate by giving us extended check out time. Then though we were in house customers ,the manager of I bar did not let us enter from inside but told us to go out of the hotel and enter from outside. Then some other staff came and told him to let us in. Did not expect such treatment from a reputed hotel. But the staff at Monsoon restaurant were very good . They were a bit slow in service but then our group was pretty large. The food too was commendable.

Its a terrible property. The pics shown are misleading and way different than what it actually is. Please don't book this property. I booked for a business travel and had to face extremely unhygienic, disgusting stay for 2nights. Never am I going to recommend this property, neither to my family for leisure travel nor my colleagues for business trip.

rooms are old and old infrastructure services are good AC gives only moderate cooling, temperature doesn't lower below 21 degrees, and sometimes trips at night. had to ask for an extra standing fan to cope up with the heat. food is excellent

Thanks to the lady who assisted with my check-in and kindly upgraded my room. The room was very good, quiet, and comfortable—everything was perfect in that regard. There were some issues with the TV, but the team was responsive and did their best to resolve them. In-room dining, however, was below expectations. I ordered a sandwich and soup, and both were unfortunately quite average. Perhaps choosing Indian cuisine would have been a better option. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet had a great spread. The dosas and omelettes were excellent—freshly made and delicious. Overall, the staff were extremely courteous, caring, and patient. I had a relaxed and pleasant stay. Thank you!

hotel is at the right location, however it is not well-maintained enough to be rated 5 stars. The rooms are not clean, and the wood floors are dirty and broken.and bathroom walls are unclean. Breakfast is fairly ordinary in terms of menu selection, quality, and flavor. The restaurant staff is quite courteous, and the service provided is excellent. The front desk should take a more welcoming attitude.
