The location is fantastic, conveniently situated in a peaceful area yet close enough to key attractions, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Surprisingly the stay at the park turned out to be absolutely wonderful for my son & myself. We had chosen the property as we had the us student visa appointment in chennai & this The Park Chennai was closest to both the bio-metric vac ( a 12 mins walk away )as well as the consulate ( 3 mins walk away ) the food quality & flavour was very good. The rooftop swimming pool is awesome for an evening swim & leisure time! room was fairly ok, nothing great. Clean & functional. Since both of us had nothing to do other than the visa work, we frequented the 24/7 restaurant & enjoyed the food. While the menu was not extensive but the preparations were flavoursome! of course, the The Park Chennai can be mindful of providing couple of more towels when they have two people staying in one room. Moreover the restaurant can be little more better maintained on its furnishings & furniture. Full marks to the restaurant staff for their services. Additionally, the space where the buffet is laid out is little cramped and can be either expanded (bigger area) or lit up more brightly to compensate. Also a suggestion would be for the front desk staff who check-in the guests, to be a little more cheerful & engaged with the guests while doing so. The property loses marks in this area!

Our facilities department chose this as it is nearer to both biometrics center and the us consulate. I read few bad reviews complaining about ac issues, hot water issues, smell. But i did not had any issues. Hot water - available 24x7 ac - ac is working, can switch off if not required smell - they were renovating few things and i too smell new furniture and leather kind of smell in the corridor. Bearable. Food - included breakfast buffet was good. Pool - swimming pool is available on 8th floor. No kiddie pool. Room service - good. Cleaned every day. Staff - all the staff were polite and helpful overall it is good, but it doesn't feel like a 5 star The Park Chennai. But they also charged like a 3 star The Park Chennai. No complaints there.

We stayed at the the park The Park Chennai chennai near the us embassy. The The Park Chennai is situated at the prime location. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food at lotus and the main The Park Chennai was simply delicious. The rooms were spacious, and we were lucky to have a front facing balcony overlooking the anna flyover and the beautiful city. The room service was excellent. We had a very good time and my 12 year old enjoyed a lot. Happy memories. Thanks to the entire the park The Park Chennai staff which made our chennai stay enjoyable.

We had never used the park chennai prior to our current visit. It came as a very pleasant discovery. The park chennai excels at service in all departments. Although we arrived at noon, two hours prior to check in, we were instantly given a room. The service in their restaurants and bar is also excellent. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. Pricing is reasonable. Our sincere gratitude to the team at the park chennai for making our one night stay so very nice.

It’s a 5star The Park Chennai so overall experience was good. However besides amenities of its level i have observed that there is lack of clarity of reception staffs in case of early room check in or in house buffet rates. One staff is giving an information while other is saying another information on same topic, which makes me confused in accessing early check in or experience in house buffet service

Good stay, staff was helpful. Both neha and mrinal were great with check in and check out process. Hotel need to work on the quality of towels they are providing and also the toiletries in bathroom seemed substandard.

It was a pleasant stay. Good staff and good food. Enjoyed aqua on the 8th floor. Specially during the evening time. Check in check out process was smooth.

Excellent service attitude displayed by the receptionist as well as the people handling luggage. The deluxe room is very comfortable and the entire property is well maintained it is located near anna flyover and very close to us embassy here

Short and excellent stay. Rooms are clean and well equipped with stylish furniture. They have variety of cuisines and restaurant options. Kudos to whole front office team made a comfortable stay and friendly team raja, cathrine, monolina, kavya, sandip, velusamy, satya dm, hari and selvan
