Staff behavior is so rude, and they gave us room 2 h late, we called them , we will reach at 12:30, but we actually reached at 1:30, but they didnt clean and clear rooms. And we told them

I have had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Initially booked it for just 1 day then extended the booking for 2 more days. It is located in a peaceful and plush area of the city. Rooms are well maintained and service is swift. And if you are staying here don't bother to eat outside, the food is good and price worthy. Overall the stay was really soothing and I would highly recommend trying this place. Enjoy.

All was good overall no complain staff are very friendly and helpful, good food and yes per-fact hot water enjoyed bathing in the morning in cold weather

The location of the property o. K hotel is not clean and the bathroom is also not clean. The staff of the hotel is good.

It was a decent stay, rooms were clean and bathroom too. There was just one issue with the lock of the room being loose but it was working. Staff was cooperative and polite.
