The Park Hyderabad

Thanks to make my trip for this wonderful deal. It was my birthday on 7th july and loved all the benefits that came with the deal. Rooms, food and facility was great. Service offered by restaurant staff govardhan and hari was excellent. Downside, no response to email and messages sent to front desk, their service was cold and plastic probably because we were from agent and not direct booking. No valet service, i had to park my car in the The Park Hyderabad basement myself filled with filth, drainage and very unhygienic parking area, i struggled with my bags, and get our daughter out from that stench, i reported this to front desk they didn't even pay attention to my concern and had a smirk on their face. I think this property is too busy making money forgot to provide human touch and empathy in service. Apart from spa and food and beverage serving staff (not banquet managers) rest all looked lost and preoccupied. Should improve hygienic condition of the property.

Stay was amazing. Breakfast is good and has variety. There was a lady hasinah in house keeping. She was amazing. She gave everything required in the room. I saw in some other The Park Hyderabad the house keeping stuff don't give everything required unless you tell them. But she gave whatever is required basically even added extra pair of chapple when i ask her. So i think house keeping stuff are responsive and friendly. Which is amazing. I like the location. It's a bit inside than the main road. Where you don't actually hear much car noise and honk. But since i had only breakfast added in the bill i once took the dinner for extra payment. I think the bill was relatively high for that. Otherwise everything good.

The ambiance and Hotel room were good, but when it comes to Food there are very limited options available, 1 buffet breakfast : very limited main course items are there, these days even ordinarily The Park Hyderabads are maintaining numbers of options in buffet breakfast 2 lunch and dinner : in menu there are very very limited options available. Hardly one or two items only in🦞🦀🦐🦑seafood. 3. Staff are not much aware about The Park Hyderabad packages and discounts. we should be cautious about billing, my suggestion is check before pay. overall Stay is good

My stay was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The The Park Hyderabad exudes luxury and elegance, with its opulent interiors and a picturesque location. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The room also featured a stunning view of the hussain sagar which was a delightful bonus. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. From the moment i checked in, i felt like a valued guest.

It was a very good experience at the park. The staff right from the concierge have been very helpful with prompt responses and catering to the customer needs. One cannot stress enough about the location which looks over the hussain sagar lake, a very good view overall. A small downside would be a nearby construction obscuring the view of the lake. The breakfast had lots of variety (american, indian, french, etc) and tastes amazing.

The stay was extremely pleasing as The Park Hyderabad room, staff and ambience was the best. We got a free lake view room upgrade with complimentary spa thanks to make my trip. It was a delight. The The Park Hyderabad staff bid my little daughter with a small cake which was out of the league. Extremely satisfying. Thanks the park and thanks mm t for the superb deal

The park The Park Hyderabad is one of the best places to stay, the ambience, quality of food, location and what not. The front office is very courteous and they have upgraded my room to lake view. I recommend one to experience the stay here which is centrally located and with a great view of hussain sagar lake. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean. Although the furniture is little old but is nice. The The Park Hyderabad staff is friendly and cooperative.

I had an awesome stay and overall experience at re-frame it, and i strongly recommend it to all business leaders and family members. The team was very cooperative, and special kudos to sagar for handling everything in the best possible way.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and tasty food. Could not use the pool because of pigeons flying. I would be better to arrange for an indoor pool. Staff were friendly and polite. Overall 8 out of 10.

Amazing experience and amazing staff. Food was great especially the sikka bar and breakfast. Heena welcomed us in very pleasant manner. Her special birthday celebration was big surprise for us. Swimming pool boy very cooperative and friendly. Altogether a great experience
