The Park Hyderabad

Business travel, single day came in early at 10am and asked for an early check-in. I had requested early check-in when i booked from makemytrip. Unfortunately, the room was not available at that time and i left luggage with the concierge. The luggage was in the room when i returned later in the day. I had forgotten my mobile charger and to my surprise the welcome booklet said that they care about their guests and can even provide a mobile charger. I was thrilled and decided to call. But it was too much of an ask. The experience was going well, till this incident. If you can't service, why have it in writing. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee and the staff was courteous. One other thing, the The Park Hyderabad is located next to a railway station which has 2 platforms. The The Park Hyderabad is on the side of platform 2. The reception staff shld tell this to the guests as uber / ola sometimes by default assume that you are at one of the platforms and only give you option to choose a platform. Also, there shld be some literature on what is around the The Park Hyderabad. There was a beautiful lake close by which i would have liked to visit, had i known about it. Overall, i had a good experience though.

just wrapped up an incredible stay at the park The Park Hyderabad in hyderabad, and i can’t say enough good things about it! from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and such genuine hospitality – it really set the tone for our entire visit. the room was nothing short of luxurious, with beautiful decor, cozy vibes, and every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. it felt like our own private escape in the heart of the city. the staff were phenomenal, always ready with a helping hand and going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. it’s rare to find a place that combines such elegance with genuine warmth, but the park nailed it. but what really stood out were the personal touches. i had a small mishap and hurt my finger, and the staff immediately came through with first aid, taking care of it so kindly. and when we were dining, the restaurant attendants went above and beyond by helping with our baby, allowing us to enjoy a meal together. it’s more than just a The Park Hyderabad – it’s an experience!

Thanks to make my trip for this wonderful deal. It was my birthday on 7th july and loved all the benefits that came with the deal. Rooms, food and facility was great. Service offered by restaurant staff govardhan and hari was excellent. Downside, no response to email and messages sent to front desk, their service was cold and plastic probably because we were from agent and not direct booking. No valet service, i had to park my car in the The Park Hyderabad basement myself filled with filth, drainage and very unhygienic parking area, i struggled with my bags, and get our daughter out from that stench, i reported this to front desk they didn't even pay attention to my concern and had a smirk on their face. I think this property is too busy making money forgot to provide human touch and empathy in service. Apart from spa and food and beverage serving staff (not banquet managers) rest all looked lost and preoccupied. Should improve hygienic condition of the property.

Stay was amazing. Breakfast is good and has variety. There was a lady hasinah in house keeping. She was amazing. She gave everything required in the room. I saw in some other The Park Hyderabad the house keeping stuff don't give everything required unless you tell them. But she gave whatever is required basically even added extra pair of chapple when i ask her. So i think house keeping stuff are responsive and friendly. Which is amazing. I like the location. It's a bit inside than the main road. Where you don't actually hear much car noise and honk. But since i had only breakfast added in the bill i once took the dinner for extra payment. I think the bill was relatively high for that. Otherwise everything good.

My stay was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The The Park Hyderabad exudes luxury and elegance, with its opulent interiors and a picturesque location. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The room also featured a stunning view of the hussain sagar which was a delightful bonus. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. From the moment i checked in, i felt like a valued guest.

It was a very good experience at the park. The staff right from the concierge have been very helpful with prompt responses and catering to the customer needs. One cannot stress enough about the location which looks over the hussain sagar lake, a very good view overall. A small downside would be a nearby construction obscuring the view of the lake. The breakfast had lots of variety (american, indian, french, etc) and tastes amazing.

The stay was extremely pleasing as The Park Hyderabad room, staff and ambience was the best. We got a free lake view room upgrade with complimentary spa thanks to make my trip. It was a delight. The The Park Hyderabad staff bid my little daughter with a small cake which was out of the league. Extremely satisfying. Thanks the park and thanks mm t for the superb deal

It was a very good experience staying at the park. We had opted for a luxury room which came with complementary lunch/dinner and breakfast and complementary spa session for 45 minutes and 2 pints of free beer. Amazing hospitality by the staff and a very smooth check in. Overall, we had a great experience.

Everything from checkin and checkout was smooth. Daily cleaned rooms. Ample variety of breakfast spread. Henna made our stay even memorable one with pleasant surprise of birthday celebrations

Rooms are clean and maintained well, centrally located. Breakfast spread was good. During peak hours of breakfast, it is difficult to get tables and also cutleries. Staff are well behaved

Great hospitality. Superb food. We got a surprise package of a free cocktail. Apart from that we enjoyed a limited period offer of 2 free beer at aqua. The staffs are super friendly and the rooms are excellent

Discuss the services offered by the property. Write about how courteous or rude the staff was, whether the staff was timely in handling requests, and definitely comment about how clean the maids got the room.

Hotel is very good and room was well maintained. Staff was courteous. Frint desk was helpful in all ways. Thanks you henna, sagar and faiz. Always recommended.

Rooms were good but carpets on floor and corridor doesn’t give good feeling. Food quality is very good.
