I recently had the pleasure of staying at The park kolkata and I must say, it was an good experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of kolkatta, making it easy to explore the local attractions. My room was suite room which was upgraded on request, and it exceeded my expectations. The spacious layout , comfortable bed and Luxury toiletries :) view from the room was ok . The staff at The Park Kolkata was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant. The concierge provided great recommendations for dining and Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. I was not able enjoy there on-site restaurant, pool, spa, or fitness center due to lack of time . Overall, my stay at The park kolkatta was fantastic. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this The Park Kolkata to anyone visiting kolkatta and will definitely be returning in the future.

I had an amazing 7-night stay at the park The Park Kolkata kolkata. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Regarding rooms could have been better. It was a bad experience for me staying alone as middle of the night there was a big noise from the bathroom the mirror popped out n hit the sink the couches are soiled the bathtub gets water logged while showering the sound of music was heard all night which disturbed my sleep other than that the staff at the breakfast were v courteous n loved the breakfast spread.

The property is very well located on park street with some of the best eating joints of kolkata next to the The Park Kolkata. Excellent for evening stroll on the most happening place of kolkata. Service slightly slow, may be due to full booking in weekend. Night club is good and vibrant. Pool, gym and spa are good and well located. Overall a pleasant experience. Youngsters will definitely love it.

One of front office staff - a young man on the day of my arrival to the The Park Kolkata on 21july at around 10. 15 at night was very arrogant and very uncooperative. The first thing any The Park Kolkata staff which should be learned is hospitalitybwhich was absolutely absent in this male staff at reception. The tired person coming to The Park Kolkata does not expect an unwelcoming behaviour.

Stayed here for 3 days - visiting kolkata for a squash tournament at crc so this was quite convenient. The rooms are nice enough but a bit on the small side. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke. Restaurants are ok, the The Park Kolkata is great if you like nightlife - they have a bunch of nightclubs here. The location is perfect if you are ken on living in the city centre

Had a delightful stay at the park kolkata. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to divya's efficient assistance. The staff were exceptionally cordial, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The food quality was excellent, offering a great dining experience. However, the wi-fi service could use some improvement. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Hotel was well located in heart of kolkata. It is well maintained and cleaned, staff behaviour was very friendly and co-operative, recommended The Park Kolkata to stay for business trips and with family. Food was also very good at The Park Kolkata.

Hotel is at the main market place and its rooms are spacious and the hospitality was good by room service staff. The front desk need to be a little more professional
