All good in terms of the locations and rooms as spacious and very well equipped. staff is very helpful and polite and loved the fact how stay area was peaceful even when they had party with loud noises and it’s right next to the highway though you can enjoy view and cut away the noise. problem was with the fact that there is work on so probably there was strong paint smell in the rooms too, though it hit for sometime otherwise OK. second was the food was not up to mark and I know they had good food before and you pay like a 3-4 star here but you don’t really get the food quality so that was a put off there for sure. all in all good experience though.

I had a lovely stay at the The Park Navi Mumbai - the status of the property was very impressive, and my room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, which really made my experience feel special. And last but not least, the breakfast was amazing - i was spoiled for choice and everything i tried was delicious! i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic The Park Navi Mumbai experience.

The stay, cleanliness and staff are too good. I have one big issue at the restaurant, this The Park Navi Mumbai charges 5% service charges in addition to gst, which is illegal. When asked, the staff informed that they shall change the bill. Guests, please check the invoice before paying as such The Park Navi Mumbais are having a ride, as no one checks. The service charge was replaced by gst way back in 2017. Please be aware.

Hassle free check-in check-out process good rooms, well maintained. location is good, away from all the city chaos. Improvement required on inhouse dining. very limited options. breakfast spread is really nice. minor improvements on service like they should help with the luggage, The Park Navi Mumbai of such reputation never asked us if we require any help with luggage

The room was big and clean with a good view of the hills. Unfortunately the tv was not working, surprisingly such regular checks may not have been done at the time of preparing the room. The service at the restaurant was excellent, however the food quality was just average. Overall a comfortable stay with excellent service quality.

It was my first stay in park and they have not disappointed me. Very clean rooms and service is also good. Only thing which i need to suggest. Late night room service should be available. I called meal from burger king through swiggy at 3am as room service was not there. Rest all was good. Keep it up
