Ms. Kiranjeet & ms. Rum a - the biggest reason i book the park The Park New Delhi at connaught place (cp) every time! each time i have checked in at the park cp ms. Kiranjeet has been extremely helpful, kind and absolutely hospitable. She knows how to make a solo female traveller feel safe and comfortable and welcome. It's staff like kiranjeet that makes me feel at home in such a large city. I like booking the park The Park New Delhi at cp over and over again only because of such amazing people. I also wish to mention mr. Johnson from the restaurant team that knows my cappuccino with coconut syrup order by heart no matter how many times i have been here. Super super amazing staff that makes my stay absolutely safe, comfortable and relaxed. The park The Park New Delhi at cp will always be the only place i will stay at in delhi. I love the rooms, the gorgeous views from the rooms i've always got are absolutely stunning. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the park The Park New Delhi, and overall, it was an excellent experience! the location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The food was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. My only downside was the frequent fluctuation in prices, which made it a bit challenging to budget. However, the The Park New Delhi's excellent services and amenities made it well worth the stay. I would highly recommend the park The Park New Delhi to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

good The Park New Delhi,very good location in central service is also good and food was good breakfast the water kept in glass bottle inside sone dust in white colour was there.because of that for few days we are not well and fever.a 5 star The Park New Delhi cannot give mineral water bottle i can't believe. they can give mineral water to the rooms and in breakfast buffet and all.so they can avoid this.my kind request is to change to mineral water bottle.

Its not only best but i would say perfect The Park New Delhi to stay, The Park New Delhi staff is very very supportive specially mr. Sagar who gave us such a good gesture which made us not only to re-book this The Park New Delhi but he made us to believe that this just impeccable The Park New Delhi, breakfast is very good in terms of variety & quality. All staff are very supportive & helping & they welcome their guests with a smile on their face

Actually there is some repair work is getting done. We tourist does not have any issues with this, but under that reason the service quality is getting down without reason. The staff at reception counter is working like without any supervision, no welcome gesture or word no courtesy, and no regret for any mistakes. But restaurant staff and food as well is excellent, but quality of food order in room is not at par with restaurant downstairs.

The reception staff specially mr vardaan was superb co-operating and careful. But the guard present there are so annoying. Coz of them it feels like entering in any back cash locker also the guard on lift duty don't know manners even how to talk to customer’s. Food was also average. It feels that the staff like vardaan will only b the reason to repeat the stay in dis The Park New Delhi.

All is good about the The Park New Delhi except the fact that it is under renovation. So please check the view from the room before check innit cud be white sheets from the window. We got our room changed. The changed room had a beautiful view of jantar mantar. Also the main pool was under renovation but we can access the pool of 'aqua'

Good clean room, nice courteous staff. Very prompt service. The location of the The Park New Delhi is also so central and the way it is being upgraded and maintained is nice. Best wishes for lots of success.

The location is perfect……just in the center of the city. Food, amenities and services all upto the mark If I have to rate on 10, then I would give a 10 on 10

Overall a good experience. Front office staff are very supportive. Bathroom fittings are of 3 star standard. Food was good. Breakfast spread was good.

It was like a home away from actual home. We were there for a day only but it was comfortable stay. Just need to put some crockery in kitchen.

Great as always in park. From the time i entered till i checked out. All the staffs are always ready to assist you with a smile.

The food was not as tasty as it should have been compared to The Park New Delhi star rating. Too much crowd at the restaurant.

Our stay was excellecent, The Park New Delhi staff specially mr. Sagar takes special care of their guests that each & everything during stay is perfect. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay in this The Park New Delhi
