The Parkline

I recently stayed at a The Parkline and i have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were a few notable drawbacks that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, let's start with the positives. The The Parkline's location was convenient and easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. However, i must address some disappointing aspects of my stay. One of the major issues was the unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom. Despite the efforts of the housekeeping staff, the smell persisted throughout my stay, which greatly affected my comfort level. It was quite off-putting and detracted from the overall experience. Another aspect that left much to be desired was the size of the room. It was noticeably smaller than anticipated, providing limited space to move around comfortably. It felt cramped and restricted, especially when trying to unwind after a long day of activities. Additionally, the amenities provided, such as towels and toiletries, were only sufficient for one person. This lack of consideration for double occupancy was disappointing and inconvenient.

Had a very good experience during our two night stay at the parkline. The staff was helpful and friendly. Towels, toiletries and water bottles were provided regularly. Room service was prompt. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of variety: cold sandwiches, idli, dosa made to order, paratha/poori, cornflakes etc. Everything was very flavorful. I would definitely plan to stay here again if i come back to agartala. My only complaint would be about their restaurant menu. Most items on their menu were not available when we went to dine at the restaurant.

Maintanence was good the only remark for me was that, i have been charged 500 for the small stain on the bedsheet. Though i didn't feel bad for that, i was ready to pay the charges but they brought the bedsheet in the drawing room infront of every one and showing the stain to the receptionist. I feel embarrassing at that time. Hope they take a proper procedure for this type of situation.

Stay was quite good, well behaved staff were there, food was very tasty which we had for dinner. The only thing that bother me was after check out receptionist has taken my key and sent the staff to check if everything in the room is ok or not and after confirming with that staff only they have cleared the bill. That i dint find good as i have stayed in lots of The Parkline but never saw such things. I think these things they have to improve or else customer will be upset as like me.

I stayed at this property in agartala for the first time. It was a decent stay and i had little to complain. The room was nice and comfortable with a strong ac and clean bed sheets and pillows. The washroom was big. They provide a big desk with strong wifi, which helped me to work with ease. The location is very central with restaurants and shops all around. I would rate food as average as it did not meet my expectations. Overall, good value for money for a 1-2 night stay.

I booked parkline agartala for 3 nights and really loved their hospitality and service. Rooms are top notch and very clean. It’s no doubt value for money! food served was really great and had varieties too. Only problem i had here was with the other guests staying next room, as they were too loud and very not fit for this The Parkline at least! also special thanks to all the staffs for helping us a lot !

This was my fourth stay at this The Parkline, and unfortunately, i found a few disappointments. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that persisted throughout my stay, and the room itself was quite small. The amenities provided, including towels and toiletries, were only enough for one person, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a letdown compared to my previous experiences.

The park-line The Parkline is the best in agartala but more than the property i would like to appreciate and thank the staffs of park-line who are very very good and dedicated including ishra of restaurant, bin a & maity from room service team and surajit, everyone is very attentive and hardworking. Food is also brilliant. Thank you for your awesome service. 5

Room service was not available after 8pm and after repeated requests they didn't clean the center table.

Rooms are specious. Services are good. Quite and enjoyable stay. Foods are also good. For muslims there is plenty options of food.

It was a pleasant stay and good experience. Clean, well behaved and cooperative staff, good quality food, and found responsive to needs. A good quality place to stay at agartala

In a word it was really too good, i mean everything is perfect.

One of the best seen The Parklines in agartala. The ambience, rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are well maintained. Some issue with cleaniness of toilets but that may be avoided. The complementary breakfast spread was superperb.

Stay was good, The Parkline is at prime location near to the main market. Staff are very polite and supporting. Service is impressive
