The Peace Resort

This stunning resort, which is located on the bank of the lidder river and offers a breathtaking view, is like a home away. A place like walison peace resort contributes to the unforgettable experiences of visitors to this paradise. It is situated in a stunning position between breathtaking mountains, right on the river, and it has access to a large, lovely garden where we frequently had chai! we were greeted with great kindness and spent the first day of our stay sitting by the lidder river. It was the most tranquil and calming part of our journey to kashmir. Each apartment boasts a breathtaking view and is exquisitely decorated. The resort supervisor, aijaz, is incredibly kind and understanding. Every time, our demands have been met with a great smile. You will be treated like family or brother by aizaz bhai. The walison peace resort is where you have to stay if you're visiting pahalgam. First-floor accommodations are preferred as they offer excellent views. Employees assisted us with the bonfire as well, which is a need near the riverbank. Above all, our stay was enhanced by the excellent service. The accommodations at the guest house were cozy and the room was well-kept. The guesthouse served us dinner and breakfast, both of which were excellent. Would most certainly go back and strongly advise. If you stay at this place, you can enjoy the view of the river and pahalgam. The restrooms and rooms are tidy and spotless. Excellent staff and manager service. They added something special to our journey. I would prefer to stay here if i were to visit pahalgam once more.

We stayed at the resort for two days, before checking in I called the manager to request a better view room (considering it was my birthday the next day. From the manager to the staff each one of them were polite, helpful and very patient with us ) they went out of their way in planning things for us, my husband planned a quiet evening birthday surprise for me, where the resort staff did the best of arrangements! The only limitation we faced was variety in the food, we are used to have buffet and endless menu, but here things were limited and subject to availability. As the place is some what 7 km away from Pahalgam city, getting groceries and raw materials needs to be done in advance. But that did not very much bother us! The view is spectacular, as Lidder river flows right to the property sight and its a breathtaking view. You can come down from the property towards the Lidder river and plop yourself down and admire the picturesque view. A special thanks to ejaz, the property manager and irshad.

The best stays out of the 8 different places we stayed at during our kashmir visit. The place is extremely beautiful, the ambience and the location is what is the perfect description of the soulful kashmir. All of the staff- aijaz, bilal, nab-eel and irshad were extremely friendly and cooperative. The best part is all of this at an extremely affordable price. We have stayed at places who charge 5-10k for a night and do not provide proper services. They provide 24 hrs heater and the first thing they told us is to have the geyser on throughout our stay which is so vital during winters. The food was amazing. These men serve you home cooked food which is the perfect and authentic taste of kashmir. Overall. It's a must visit. Anybody travel-ling to kashmir has to stay here with no doubts to have a stay that's an experience in itself

This was my first trip to kashmir. Had a few doubts regarding how the new place will great us and how to cope. But to my surprise it turned out to be a wonderful trip and was very satisficed particularly with my stay at this place. It was a beautiful home stay & more importantly the resort in charge ajaz was a very good human being as he was very helpful not just while we stayed there but he helped us in arranging vehicle to other parts of j&k also. And irshad bhai was also very very humble and cooperative person. I would suggest anyone who plans to visit pahalgam, will have to stay at this place to enjoy the interior nature of j&k. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, but the thing that makes this stay so comfortable are the staff. All the staff members ajaz, irshad and bilal are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Everything about the The Peace Resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was fantastic and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was pleased with my stay and highly recommended it. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This is a very good The Peace Resort to stay. The location is superb. The The Peace Resort is located in the lap of hills and just the meeting point of two rivers. You can pass hours after hours seating in the garden of the The Peace Resort. This is a small The Peace Resort but this is the most beautifully located The Peace Resort in pahalgam. It'll not be completed unless i mention the great hostmanship of ezaz bhai, bilal bhai and irshad. Help of ezaz bhai, um-comparable service of bilal bhai and delicious food of irshad make you feel that you are staying in your home only.

Accessibility: great. It on main road to pahalgam. Hotel comes before pahalgam market. Rooms: neat and clean. Food: homely and tasty. You can place your own order, just let them know beforehand. Staff: excellent. They work beyond their boundaries to take care of their customers. Mr aizaj, mr bilal and mr irshad are very prompt in service and made our stay comfortable. Only concern about the The Peace Resort is electricity, for a colder region keeping warmth in room and washroom it's very much necessary. They have backup but rigorous powercuts left us chilled in our stay.

The location of this property is mind blowing. You can hear the calming sound of the flowing water all the time. The rover is visible from your room and the views are breathtakingly beautiful. The food is freshly prepared for you and tastes awesome. The treatment they offer to their guests is also extremely warm. The garden area is really enjoyable all day long. The garden area has a small gate which gives you easy access to the banks of the lidder river which takes a beautiful curve right next to the property. Highly recommended, loved our stay.

Ok. If you are living in a metro city and needs a peaceful place to get a break from all your busy stuff this is a best place. Food was very tasty and fresh. Especially the cook mr irshad. He is a nice guy and ready to make whatever we want. Location is amazing and have good vibes. Room was neat and clean

This resort is like a home away from home. Located in a beautiful area right on the river in between gorgeous mountains, it has access to the stream and a lovely big garden where we took chi many times a day! the guest house stay was comfortable and room was clean and good. We had breakfast and dinner at the guesthouse and each meal was really good. Above all the service was perfect and made our stay. Bilal, aijaz and irshad made us feel really welcome and took care of us. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

It's Amazing to be a part of this place and the Hotel is at amazing location, prices are reasonable and overall I would recommend every one to visit this place. The lidder lake is very close or we can say it's in the boundaries of this The Peace Resort which is really awesome.

Good staff and food is too good

We stayed in the property for 2 nights and it was good. Staff, services, room facilities all is good the location is away from the main market area but in real sense it gives you peace. Food is just like home cooked food. If you have your own car with you, they have a parking area as well. The place is easily accessible. Definitely will recommend it.

The location is wonderful with river view. Nights are mesmerizing as we can hear sound of flowing river. But facilities are not OK. Tv not working .. Mobiles out of signal .. Electricity out for 18-20 hours in 24 hours .. Although there is power backup but gyezer does not works. Overall good experience .. The stay will actually be peace as name suggest ..
