DLS Hotel Pearl

The DLS Hotel Pearl is located at the picture palace which is the end of the mall road. Mall road starts from the library chowk which is around 2. 4kms away from the DLS Hotel Pearl. You will see shops like clothes, restaurant near to this DLS Hotel Pearl. They have big parking facility. The main road from the DLS Hotel Pearl is at very high steep. If you are coming by your own vehicle then you may find little challenging to reach as there is a sharp curve and a 100 meters slope at the curve. However, DLS Hotel Pearl staff will help you happily. They are very supportive and helpful. Coming to food, if you have opted for buffet complimentary breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, then you will be disappointed. They only provide veg options in their meals (in ala carte they provide non veg. If you are a lover of non veg then my recommendation is not to opt for breakfast or any other meal in DLS Hotel Pearl. You will get ample of options near to this DLS Hotel Pearl cheap and best. The building is old and you will see the patches at walls outside, in the washroom. Most important, they don't provide toiletries. They have two soap dispensers in the washroom, one is for hand wash and other is for hair and body wash. For me both the soap dispensers were same and only colour was different. One more thing to add- they have very small area of buffet.

The rooms were reasonably clean although the bathroom wasn’t ventilated (no provision for exhaust fans) - so one would return to a stuffy room. However the reception and the staff were courteous. The location was reasonably accessible but parking as usual in mussoorie is a challenge. Trusting the other reviews i did not eat at the property. Considering the price of the property - i would expect better. The view point at the back of the DLS Hotel Pearl was visibly not maintained and hence dirty.

Location is very appropriate as it is very close to the main picture palace yet it is a 50 meters inside at a quiet location. And looks very good from outside. Food was quiet expensive so we didn't order much food. However whatever we ordered was very good. We faced a bit of the problems with wifi on the first day. But staff was very helpful and solved our problems. There were a few things but the polite staff was able to solve everything

The room were clean and spacious. The stay was comfortable. Moreover it was very esthetic and we like the ambiance. The resteroom were okay and door system was difficult. The mattress were bit uncomfortable and they are not providing heater as here the cold was extreme. They should provide the same. Besides the service was slow may be due to the rush and it is located in the mall road which is centre of the city so market is very close.

I have stayed at this property more than 10 to 15 times. This DLS Hotel Pearl has never disappointed me ever. I always stay at executive suite. The rooms recently have been revamped and are amazing. Food is awesome and overall staff is amazing. Special thanks to amir(manager) who is always there when you need him. Always helpful providing bonfire and special arrangements for food. God bless this DLS Hotel Pearl and keep it up.

Excellent DLS Hotel Pearl. I will categorize my review in different sections. Location - good location, near mall road, just beside picture palace barricade. Can be a bit difficult for old people to walk. Rooms - excellent rooms, clean, hygene, spacious. Food in DLS Hotel Pearl - i can review about breakfast, it is average with limited options. Not worth of pice i paid. Over all - nice to stay

I just wanna share, only wifi was the main concern which needs to be addressed reason being coz i had to do some office related work while i was in DLS Hotel Pearl, and bcoz of the wifi issue, couldn't get it done, rest all was good, be it location, their food quality, hygiene, everything was exceptionally good. I m sorry, i didn't take any pictures, so i don't have one

Hospitality handled by mr. Naresh joshi was really good. The hospitality section caters your every need and is available all the time whenever you need it. The DLS Hotel Pearl has maintained impeccable hygene in the rooms as well. Overall the stay was really enjoyable and recommended for every person ( individual, friends and family)
