Never had such a terrible experience in our life, we reached there in night around 8:30pm and the property was abandoned, not even a single light was on, we keep on blowing the horn but none of them came to open the door, we even tried to call them but there phone was switched off and there is not much options you have in kabini for the stay, we slept in our car jss bcoz of them its a request to not mention such properties in your list and please never book any room in such hotel

There is room facing river. This absolute cheating

Nice property but needs lots of maintenance - though they are trying to keep guests entertained, they are not disciplined and no timing sense. - rooms are very very big say a villa with 2 bhk's but no balcony nor view for any of it. - boating is just a joke, its very boring. - food is very good and reasonable.

Expensive for the location and property facilities.

The location is great, right on the banks of the river. Good hospitality and food was also good.

It was gud, food was so satisfying

The resort was located in a very remote location and the road to the resort was horrible. Out of 22 villa in the resort we were the only guest on day one, so it was very scary. There are no facilities at all in the resort, neither you can travel out of the resort for any activity. This was our worst holiday experience ever.

Resort is clean and beautifully located. Food is very tasty and thoughtfully blends of North and South indian dishes

It was nice and peaceful. If traveling with family, it is good place to stay. View around is also beautiful and serene. Food provided was also good considering the deep jungle location. Staff was polite and helpful too. Boat ride was add on experience. However, if you are heading for Kabini jungle safari, then it's almost 40 kms away from jungle gate. Connecting road is also under development. But overall it was satisfactory and peaceful experience.

The place is very isolated, hard to get driving directions even in google maps, far off from main tourist attractions in Kabini. It is situated on the opposite bank of the Kabini river compared to other popular resorts such as Jungle lodges, serai, red earth, etc.. You will miss other nearby attractions such as safari because it is too far and roads are really bad. If you are planning for a day trip you will get stuck up in the resort only. The roof of my room was leaking in the mid of the night when there was a mild rain spoiling the sleep. Some of the lights too were not working. Food was ok considering the remote location of the resort. The complimentary boat ride was nice, we could get a good view of Kabini. Expensive considering the remote location & services available.

Excellent stay. Good location- on the banks of Kabini river. Good accommodation. Independent cottages. It felt like staying at home- bedroom, kitchen, hall with TV, sit out Food is excellent with good spread. Note to book room with all meals ' cause there are no eating joints anywhere in the near vicinity. Very polite staff. Excellent service. Abhilash and team do a very good job. Recommend 5 *

No proper Road to The resort roads are very bad

Nice place, serene environment. Great staff and food. Just that from main Road it's about 3kms inside just next to Lake and that 3km is horror drive as it's mud road and no proper directions. If the road is patched up. Then nothing like it.

Hotel people Tree is good resort to stay in Kabini. Food is also good.

Beautiful location and perfect getaway. Access Road is not good. But once you reach The place it is very nice. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms and maintained very well
