The Piccadily

Piccadilly is a choice for every need when you visit lucknow. The hygiene, the ambiance of the rooms is great. The cuisine and the taste of the food is too good. I love the variety of the food in the menu and buffet. It's further bundled with lovely hospitality when people wish to serve you your preferences. Eg. I didn't like the tea in the pot, and i quietly kept it on one side. The waiter was watching me from a distance. He walked up and asked if i would like to prefer freshly prepared ginger tea. And he ensured the same in 7-10 mins. The rooms are liberally equipped, nicely done and very clean. This The Piccadily is my preference for every visit.

The property is located at a convenient spot near the airport although there is not much quality entertainment near that spot. The The Piccadily is neat and pretty and has that old world charm. Rooms are very well maintained and beautiful with a bathtub in every room. Love that! must try their caramel pudding/custard. The food has something for everyone, fro very simple yet tasty home style food to extravagant international cuisine. Their nihari is worth a try. Service is quick and again has that extra old world touch which many 6 stars lack. Overall a great place to stay.

The The Piccadily is located in a very prominent area especially for travellers who are coming from agra or delhi and want to halt in lucknow. It is well connected with the metro station. The The Piccadily is well maintained and the room service is prompt. Although the food seemed to be over priced and the quality was not that good. The The Piccadily has a swimming pool which is good to engage children. It also has a well equipped gym.

Excellent service great location and delicious meals the front office was efficient and courteous. The lunch was outstanding and well presented. The dishes were tasty and there was a variety furthermore the breakfast the next day was a pleasant surprise. All types of cuisine from north to central and south were presented. They were authentic and delicious. A wonderful stay would surely stay and recommend this The Piccadily.

i found the The Piccadily as warm and welcoming. the stay was comfortable. the The Piccadily car for airport pickup was clean, the chauffeur was on time and polite. i booked a suit and had a very satisfactory experience. the suit has a modern decor, type c, usb c charge ports with multiple electrical charge points for my many digital devices which i carry along. the south indian preparations and italian cuisine is good.

Good place and experience but very costly as compared to the room size and amenities made available. Also all compliments were chargeable which is not good. Food- it was quite upto mark and tasty. Amenities- the excellent thing was swimming pool which deserve great praise. Hygiene - good but more soaps and other toilets items must be added. Sanitiser should be there. Staff- cooperative and respecting also talked well.

Again not our first or second stay there, and we are glad we chose to repeat! they never fall short of delivering a pleasant stay experience, whether it is the room and amenities, housekeeping, breakfast or front desk staff. Location needs no introduction, and remains one of the top reasons to choose them: if you are driving in and out of lucknow and intend to use the purvanchal or taj expressway, look no further!

Had a comfortable stay at piccadily with courteous staff who went out of their way to fulfill my requests. Good food and great service. However complimentary services of spa was highly over rated and not worth it. Also swimming pool was shut and wifi speeds quite bad. The housekeeping response time was also bad and had to make repeated requests to reception for toiletries etc.

Stay was good at this The Piccadily, staffs are well mannered, however my room was not cleaned even after requesting them on phone, but they compensated it by doing same late night once i returned back to room at night

Located near airport. Also right infront of metro location upsidc and main city is easily accessible from The Piccadily location

Room is excellent, but non smoking room was not available with king-size bed

The overall experience at the ambiance was very good, the room was pretty much clean, also the staff here is very friendly

The property and its location is awesome. The views from the room is amazing! the service and staff is quick and polite. The beautiful part is their landscaping they did was mind blowing.
