Location was good. Food was average Service was poor They had to be reminded for every single request in the room multiple times. During checkout they also tried to charge fake bill of minibar consumed which I pushed back and they eventually had to agree.

worst hotel ever visited out of more than 50 five star hotels. Breakfast very pathetic even 3 star hotels have better breakfast quality. Staff behaviour very unprofessional. Never recommend anyone to stay here.

Not a fair charge

Lunch and dinner was included in the booking , we arrived late so didn’t had lunch but asked for couple of sandwiches in the room . We also didn’t had dinner. During checkout we were charged for the sandwiches. It was quite not right especially when I booked two suits and spend 2.5 lakh on the function that night get charged for couple of sandwiches when we didn’t avail the lunch or dinner which we were entitled for .

Pleasant Stay !

We’ve stayed as a couple while visiting Lucknow to watch the IPL match. We have stayed here before as a family group and had wonderful and pleasing experiences both the times. The staff is courteous and the amenities are good. Although a design and facilities are of an older manner and the building is also an older construction however they provide all kind of modern facilities and amenities. The food is very nice and the Pool is awesome to spend time. A rejuvenating spa with steam and sauna is there on property.
