THE PIKUS

The in house restaurant serves good food (Chinese is great, if you need chapati/wheat-tortilla ask for it beforehand in morning for dinner time). Rooms are clean but linen & towels need attention (I asked for new towels and they provided it no questions asked). Room service staff needs training in patience and guest service. They seem to be in some rush, they will ring bell 2nd time without allowing time for someone to get up from bed and walk till door. But overall, no disturbance, good ambiance, close to beach, open parking with security watching over, helpful front-desk, restaurant staff well behaved. I will recommend this with minor hiccup.

Me and my husband had a very relaxing, cozy stay at the THE PIKUS.. The bed was comfy, the room had a locker, the room and the bathroom was clean.. We booked the executive room for 3 nights and also they changed our bedsheet on request.. The manager was very polite.. Overall we had a nice stay.. And also the complementary was so yummy.. But the only thing I didn't like was the food quality they served for dinner and lunch.. But the breakfast Puri sabji, tea etc was so good.. I will visit again for sure..

There are lot of good things about the THE PIKUS. It is situated at an excellent location. Room size is big with attached balcony. Food quality is very good and the THE PIKUS stuffs are very co-operative. There are lot more good things are there. The only negative thing which I noticed are as bellow. 1. There is WiFi but no internet access. 2. Foods are extremely expensive. They charged INR 24 for 8 pieces of normal biscuit. The same biscuit costs INR 5 each pack containing 12 pieces in it.

In my review I have given almost full marks to each pointers. Only service I rated average because of the nature of some house keeping staff. They are pretty demanding I feel. Sometimes without any work or particular reason they directly asked for money. This is really a bad impact for the Hotel what I feel. Management should look into the matter. Otherwise everything is perfect. They have a very good restaurant also. My fiance & I spent a quality time in the THE PIKUS.

Rooms must have window or balcony. Sea facing option is more expected as we are paying high rent for its 3 star rating. Lack of few more services promised. Lift available but non functional. No regular access to roof top garden. No facility for drying cloths. No proper laundry service available. Otherwise cleanliness and hygiene is properly maintained with close proximity to sea makes it good place to stay.

The THE PIKUS is new in New Digha. Beach is very near (5 min walk) but sea view is not available from THE PIKUS room due to its position except terrace. Lift available, room service is not satisfied, staff behavior is well. All rooms are well maintained. Restaurant is good and well decorated also the food is good and price are reasonable. So, my point of view the THE PIKUS is nice for stay with family.

Booked for Executive AC room for 2 nights. The room was quite spacious and well-decorated but averagely maintained. Window ACs quite old, cooling capacity fair. The complementary breakfast we received were heavy and good. Hotel is only 2 minute walking from new Digha sea beach. The only poor service is their food at restaurant. They charge very high compared to food taste and quality.

The best part I liked is the food. No need looking for food outside. The rooms were bit smaller than the pictures uploaded by MMT but it was good. The THE PIKUS staff were nice and good environment. I will definitely recommend this THE PIKUS for others. Although the non-AC rooms did not have proper ventilation. So, during summer it will be the best to go for the AC room.

Overall good experience. Room is very good. But you must go for AC deluxe room or higher. Normal room is not so good. Location is excellent. Service is good but they took huge time to do that specially food part. You have to wait for atleast 30 min or more after you place your order.

Budget THE PIKUS, good location and amenities .. Good view rooms, fair service value for money .. Will suggest my friends and Colleagues for this THE PIKUS .. Staff are quite cooperative and friendly in nature. Overall good!

We had a very pleasant experience. The room and the services were great. The location of the THE PIKUS was very good, it took only 5 minutes to walk to the sea beach. The quality of food in the restaurant was good. Overall it was a very good experience staying at the "New One N Only Hotel".

Food was really good. Though it was expensive. Specially mineral bottles are way too expensive. Standard AC rooms although very clean but too small.

This THE PIKUS is very good for family. Location is just awesome. Just one mins walking distance from sea beach. My experience with the THE PIKUS is very good. Excellent service. Just 5 mins distance from Digha railway station by TOTO or anything.

Hotel location was good but staff was average.

We had booked the THE PIKUS for 02 nights via MakeMyTrip. The THE PIKUS is nearer to the sea and is strategically located. SBI ATM was nearby. The rooms were neat and clean. All the facilities in the THE PIKUS was good. The food in the restaurant was good but costly and it is better to have your food at the nearby restaurants at a cheaper price.

Good location, very close to sea beach, room service and food quality is very good. The rooms are very neat and clean. Everyday they will change your bedding and towels. The behaviour of every staff of this THE PIKUS is very polite. I liked and enjoyed 3 days stay with my family in this THE PIKUS.

Room is good & spacious, location near beach, facility - I think it was good, room service available and stuff was good behaved, Only thing that restaurant price is high and no service after 11 pm, no balcony in standard AC

Location was very good near sea beach in new Digha. Room service was also good but food value in the restaurant was very high. Railway station is near about 3 km distance from the location of the THE PIKUS.

The Room was good and food quality was also very good, though the prices were little in higher side, staff were good but not very matured or trained in handling customers. The restaurant was the best of this THE PIKUS.

Everything was good and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location especially was the best part. The room was kept clean and had all the basic requirements already present. This all things added up to a great time.
