overall good experience nice stay very close to digha beach and hotel staff behaviour is also good

Everything was great but for the room view. I had opted for a city view room but all I got is a back side view from my balcony. I had requested for a room change but the hotel people said that they can't change my room since it was booked online. They could've changed my room as the room opposite to mine was vacant the next day. I wish the hotel staff were more customer centric.

I stayed 4 days with my mother. It's very good experience. Hotel ambience very nice. Hotel staff were well behaved. Safe & secured for women travel alone. Complementary breakfast was very good. Ordered non- veg was so-so.

Hotel was great with clean and hygienic rooms. Food served was excellent with homely taste. They even prepared a child friendly meal for my 3 year old son. Pool experience was amazing and enjoyable. Only negative was the limited buffet breakfast spread. Beach was accessible by 5 minutes walk. Overall a good experience.

I recently stayed at PIKUS IN and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated [mention something specific—e.g., the breakfast buffet, the pool area, the central location]. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting THE PIKUS IN and will definitely stay again.

Bedsheets were dirty, all the bedsheet and pillow cover were having dirty patches. Also i booked the hotel because it has swimming pool but with out swimming costume they didnt allow to enter. Which was not mentioned while booking the hotel. I book it so that i can take my mothers in. It totally waste they cant go inside the pool.

The property is well maintained, staffs are good, attentive. However few things have really made the overall experience poor. Firstly the breakfast spread is very very poor if i compare with all the other Hotels in the same street. So। would recommend not to take breakfast in package. Restaurant food is very mediocre and most of the times the options in menu cards are not available and has a very steep price compared to other hotels in same strip. If you are someone who likes drink or snacks by the poolside, the hotel has a policy of serving no alcohol or food near it. Hotel doesn't have a bar license so you can bring your own drink and enjoy in room. Pool water is very cold as it doesn't get proper sunlight as it is surrounded by the hotel. So at times it feels very uncomfortable.

I was disappointed at 1st but was ok since it was a 1 night stay. Room is clean but the bedsheets, pillow covers and towels with spots were there to welcome us. I would say i would have been satisfied if this was clean at least. Food was ok, didn't have any issue with ppl or service.

Good hotel for family stay .Quick response from service, the beach is very near to New Digha sea in walking distance, will recommend this hotel

Staffs are well behaved. Everything is very neat and clean.

The hotel was average but it felt like overpriced, sea is not at all visible. Condition of toilet and bathroom was poor. Rooms were clean, room service was good. We had to change the blankets as it was not in good shape. Overall it was a average experience.

Staff behaviour is not good at all. I was treated very badly because i brought food from outside. If there is a ban on something, it can be said in a good way. We are staying at the hotel for our own sake, not for the sake of the hotel staff. I am in the country and the country i have traveled a lot in and out of the country. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels from 5* to 1* and i have not even heard of such treatment. So only outside news is for me.

Hotel was clean. Staff behaviour was good. There is a delay in room services. All amenities was good. Overall experience was good.
