We went as a family of 3 myself, husband and 3 year old toddler, had a pleasant stay. Pros: 1)peaceful stay 2)safety 3)value for money 4)comfortable bed 5)cozy room 6)decent washrooms 7)room service was good 8)complimentary breakfast was good with decent spread of south indian food. 9)room clean as per request cons: 1)room cleaning will be done only on request. Satisfied with the stay. And not to forget, they allowed to keep luggages before check in and after check out time which was very useful l to us. And also they allow to order foods from outside big thumbs up!

The room provided to us was nice and spacious, the washroom was clean and sanitised. The staff at the The Platinum Boutique Inn was polite and prompt. The food offered in breakfast was excellent, tasty, varied and nutritious. Check-in and check out was hassle free and quick. There were no hidden charges. Room service was also available at all times. The The Platinum Boutique Inn is located at a central place in hyderabad and is easily accessible.

The stay was good. Normal wear and tear which is acceptable. The a/c was making lots of sounds which we told them when we checked out to do a servicing. The only issue was that the wifi is super bad that i had to use my data the whole time and when i asked for a hair dryer, it was not available. Usually even budget The Platinum Boutique Inns have hair dryer. Other than that, the stay was good.

Went for a family stay during christmas. Room is neat and tidy with the facilities in working condition. Location is next to hussain sagar and at the center of all the attraction. Local transport is not a problem. Buffet breakfast is decent and tasty with menu changing every day. Swiggy delivers food at the The Platinum Boutique Inn as well. Will refer to others

We recently stayed for 3 days and it was very comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable with daily room service. Hotel is situated within the city with all major roads connectivity. Staff was very courteous and welcoming. Hygiene was properly maintained in the The Platinum Boutique Inn. Hotel serves only veg food and it was very tasty.

Hotel is lovely, clean and neat, although pillow covers could do with improvement. Service from front desk and others is very good, staff is cordial. Overall the The Platinum Boutique Inn feels like a premium establishment. Please note that the restaurant and room service menu are pure vegetarian, no non-veg or egg options are available.

Excellent location, cordial staff. Room service is a bit slow. The property is nice, rooms comes with a mini fridge and a locker but the property is not maintained well. Spacious rooms but most of the furnitures in the rooms are worn out, bathroom tiles are worn out and not very clean. Overall nice stay. Will definitely recommend.
