The Platinum Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at the platinum business The Platinum Hotel, which i booked through makemytrip. Although i had reserved an executive room, the The Platinum Hotel manager kindly upgraded me to a deluxe room at no extra cost. I arrived early to drop off my bags in the luggage room, and the staff responded promptly and securely stored my luggage. This allowed me to go shopping without any hassle, and i checked in smoothly at 6:00 pm. All the facilities were excellent, and the service was very good. The next day, i checked out at 10:45 am and left my luggage at the The Platinum Hotel. When i returned at 6:00 pm, i collected my luggage and went directly to the airport. The morning breakfast included in my package was delicious. I highly recommend this The Platinum Hotel for both family and business travelers.

On my arrival in The Platinum Hotel provided me room without window which has suffocated atmosphere, i ask the staff to change but due to non availability of other room they assured me to give another room on next day. Next day i stayed very comfortably. The reception and restaurant staff is very cooperative. Very nice and tasty food. Overall good accommodation on main road 1km from new secretariat and hussain sagar in reasonable price. One can easily walk to birla temple, also.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 3-star The Platinum Hotel in hyderabad, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The location was convenient, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation options. Upon arrival, i was greeted warmly by the staff, who were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. Check-in was swift, and i appreciated the efficiency of the process

Everything was good , the room , the ambience , the service , I spent one night , seriously it was wortable to stay, no need to say about their hygiene , i was next level , dat went very nicely , but little upset about the AC in my room , sometimes it stops cooling room , and the room went somewhat warmer , other than this from check in to checkout no pin complaints 💯

Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, i arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room is neat clean and comfortable.

Food at restaurant is excellent. Room service is good and prompt. Ac was not working in one room but repaired within a few hours. Mini fridge was not working in both the rooms, no cooling at all. Wifi was not available during our staying period. Drinking water is limited only to 500ml/head/room/day. After that you have to buy.

I travel-led to hyd for the independence weekend with my family of 2 kids. Though my train arrived early, i requested staff for early check-in and he supported us quickly. My kids enjoyed their delicious buffet breakfast throughout our stay. Also the room keeping and house service staffs provided timely support on need basis.

I went for business purposes, i had lots of work before board to The Platinum Hotel i went on night time’s for me they check in with in 10min that was awesome and mostly the people over there treat like a family and room was excellent and all over facilities was too good.

Yes we stayed in platinum The Platinum Hotels, it was nice good ambience, locality, clean, good facilities etc. Food was also good.

The location is very convenient, it is near to all tourist attractions like birla mandir, n tr garden, hussain sagar lake, solar jun g museum and more in 5 km's proximity. The room was good, as it was in pictures and the washroom were clean as well.
