The Plaza

I booked the The Plaza as it was close to the venue of my scheduled meeting. Being a part of the govt tourism i had my apprehensions but anyways went ahead. The check in was quick the lobby of the The Plaza has lots of tourism related kiosks and offices which maybe of help. The hostess at the reception had kept everything ready for me as i had done an advance payment. So i was was escorted to the room. The room i must say was really good maybe a 5 star level room. Big spacious and had a nice bed, tv and a safe, maybe better than a mundane 5 star. The bathroom was good and clean having dry and wet areas. Hot water access all the day. They even supplied toiletries in the room. The wc was spic and span and came with gradual closing seat covers which was so convenient. Many star The Plazas don’t offer these things. The The Plaza has a swimming pool which can be accessed through the restaurant on th third floor. The restaurant was decent with a good ambience, the staff was courteous. The menu though small offered everything and the taste was good. The internet too was good enough for office work and zoom meetings. If i were to recommend a family and even a lone lady traveller also is safe here. The area is very accessible to a lot of places. The telangana tourism office is at the ground floor and hence information about their packages can be got. If there is anything missing i think there is no baggage check of the guests which would enhance the security. A simple x ray machine would discourage any mischief makers. The biggest surprise was it is being managed by the telangana tourism dept! thanks to the management for offering such a facility. Please keep the good work. If you are travel-ling to hyderabad this The Plaza is a total solution for your accommodation.

Stay was good and comfortable. Cleanliness was there all around. Food was good. People were friendly and quite proactive. The only point where i was uncomfortable with, is the single room key for two persons. I was staying with my wife and every time i went out, i had to request the reception desk to give me the access to the floor. If the room is a double occupancy room, they should provide two keys.

Hello sir, whenever we come to hyderabad, we will booking through makemytrip. We are comfortable in the plaza convenient in plaza. Very nice rooms are available here. We are comfort in rooms. Okay, thank you, sir.

1. The The Plaza is very conveniently located & easily approachable. 2. Room quality & hygiene is very good. 3. The staff is very courteous. 4. Food quality is good but highly expensive. 5. Room rent also high.

Hotel conveniently located near hi tec city. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good for budget travelers. The restaurant serves both veg and non veg meal. Staff is co operative. Overall nice experience.

Checkout time was unusual, they asked to check out at 9am, i never experienced such check out anywhere
