THE PLEASANT DAYS

Check out time was given 2pm but the manager insisted to vacate at 11 am in the morning. There is no proper parking facility. Manager was arrogant and rude. The room was not that good

it was average and as per low budget it was good..

They showed there was a parking, but there was no proper parking facility given. No hot water facility and in that cold weather the blanket was also not good I need a proper solution and Iam not satisfied with the services of hotel and please STOP showing such rooms which doesn't provide basic things Kindly consider the above

I had a terrible experience at this hotel !! I was told to go to another hotel since rooms were already occupied there , so I had to go to the nearby hotel as suggested. The allocated room was so small and smelly .. the bed and pillow are very bad and smelly, bed cover was very dirty and the shawl had lot of holes. The water was not hot in the morning

very bad customer service paid extra for extra 2 person . and late night they made us waited for clearing the confusion they have. there is no amenities that mentioned in the site like parking, CCTV , Kettle etc are not provided in the hotel. very bad experience. not suitable for family

1. Restriction on hot water usage i,e time limit of morning but in such a cool place it should be all around clock as we are not getting fresh in morning only.also if check in time is 12 pm and how some one can refresh if hot water stop at 11am. 2. Bed sheet and blanket are used one and has smell. Not replacing even after communicated saying not available went for wash 3. Toilet paper not available 4. Very bad hygiene 5. Kettle mentioned in amenity was not given 6. BoneFire also not provided as per mentioned online during booking

this Hotel will not give basic facilities

The manitanance is very bad. Manegment is fully treat with very bad because they are online booking customers

The Room itself is very dirty with too much stink from unwashed bed sheets and floor , The receptionist is not at all welcoming and when there is a complaint the way is responded is not comfortable to take more over the pricing for that hospitality is worthless

I was booked this cottage through Make my trip. The rooms are very neat and clean.

there is no bath towel no soap nothing

Missinformation in facility, no bonfire, kettle, garden or kitchen.

There was no food at all. The cleanliness was also not there. Water also was to be purchased by myself. There was no provision of giving water. Location was okay.

The timing they gave was very wrong. The timing they say is different from what is posted here. The attitude was very bad. Even hot water is served only on time.

my experience is to bad no support and help make my trip team him ask me we cal back after 10 mint 30 mint but never cal me I cal so many time but no help me

I will not recommend this cottage to anyone. Poor facilities like a broken toilet with a bad smell. I have paid for a triple bed cottage but he provided only a double bed cottage. Makemytrip mentioned that check out timings is 12 pm but he says i have to check out by 11 am as they will not follow the makemytrip time. I would suggest makemytrip do not include this type of cottage in your list of hotel stays.

This hotel is not properly maintained and the bathroom geyser was not working. In the hill station all hotels must we need hot water but this hotel basics also not available

Very worst place and terrible to stay bad smell on mattresses

Stay was not good. Extra bed not provided for 5th adult. Only two rooms with 2 double bed provided. When asked. Given matress for floor. Not a good at all
