Location of the The President Hotel-Pai Group is excellent, good view of the lake and main road, petrol pump in the neighborhood. Jungle restaurant is nicely decorated with a good view of the surroundings and wonderful food. Rooms are very clean. Only shortcoming was of vehicle parking which is out of The President Hotel-Pai Group premises. Adjacent parking area doesn't have properly maintained surface, must be quite bad during rainy season. Except for parking everything else is excellent about the The President Hotel-Pai Group. Recommendation. The President Hotel-Pai Group should purchase adjacent land for developing parking, garden and facilities like swimming pool etc. Which will make the The President Hotel-Pai Group one of the best in the city.

We stayed at President for one night on our way to Hampi. Great location - left to beautiful lake. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff gave a nice birthday celebration surprise. So good of them. We had lunch and breakfast at Veg restaurant Jungle. The theme is amazing - waiters were dressed as foresters 😁. Service was terrific. We had a nice diver at Gufa - anuthey beautiful theme where the whole place has an ambience of a cave. Reception and housekeeping was responsive with my requests. Overall great (short) experience. One suggestion - guests who want to walk around the lake should be informed that the lake closes after 6 PM. Lake timing would be great help for guests. Thank you staff.

The The President Hotel-Pai Group is owned by the pai group who are well known for their hospitality. Location: 5/5: the The President Hotel-Pai Group overlooks the beautiful unkal lake and in close proximity to brats which connects to dharwad. Breakfast: 5/5: the buffet spread was not massive, but every item which was available was tasty and excellent. We loved the carrot parata and idli-vada. Service: 4. 5/5: overall service was good. The reason why i have given 4. 5 is because service at their restaurant (gufa) could have been better. Room: 5/5: the luxury room was spacious and comfortable. In summary, i recommend this The President Hotel-Pai Group.

The management strives hard to keep the guest convinced and keep them comfortable. The beds are not really comfortable but the washrooms are good enough that there is a good throw of hot water. Toiletries not up to the standard. They need to spend more on quality stuff. All together they have the stuff to make it up but not putting much effort. Coming to food the complimentary breakfast was a farce. Poor taste and too little a display. Worst still is their andhra restaurant which is not anywhere near andhra. It's a money spinner place.

We stayed at the president for an overnight stopover. The checkin was smooth, there was help for luvgage and car parking, and tbe staff was very courteous. They have good restaurants on the terrace. Jungle and goof-ah are fun places to eat especially if you are traveling with kids. We got really good and spacious rooms. All amenities worked fine. Overall, a pleasant stay. The The President Hotel-Pai Group is located near the unkal lake. There is also a 900 years-old temple (chandramouleshwar) close by. It is a must see.

Location: easily accessible on the national highway overlooking unkal lake. However the approach road needs a makeover. Due to rain the entry was a mess with deep mud. Food: quality of food was very nice for dinner and inroom service. The terrace restaurants were also good. Breakfast spread was good but the breads, crossaints and muffins didn't look fresh. May be reused. The indian stuffs were better and live counter was the safe option. Hygiene: overall hygienic and was well maintained.

Not a single time you gave me free veg jain meal. Not even free seat every time charging. No discount on mu hubli air booking. Pl. Keep your word. Make me adjustment in discount. Ya gave me credit. Excellent stay at president hubli. Rooms food / staff were fantastic. Just 2 mins walk from the lake. If it's a stay at hubli, it has to be the president!

Located in a well developed area and near to many important landmarks of hubli. View of unkal lake from terrace restuarant was awesome.

Room spacious, staff courteous and food delicious, central location and easy connectivity. Good parking facility is added advantage. So what else is required.

It is one of the oldest properties and has a rooftop restaurant with a lake view that will make you feel good. Food, room services, and housekeeping are really good.
