Why I love this The Pride Inn. * Warm welcome with very famous kashmir tea & delicious cookies. * Complimentary upgrade for Superior room. * Excellent amenities just like 5star The Pride Inn. * Clean room with top class furniture. * Mouth thundering Himalaya view from The Pride Inn window. * Healthy and tasty breakfast. * Very polite and ready for assistance staff. * Only cons was WiFi connectivity was poor though they tried to fix it but it couldn't. * Overall more than value for money. Prefer 99%/100%

Nice The Pride Inn, neat and clean room. Staff is very co-operative and very sensible, they know to talk to customers and service is excellent and food is very delicious. They are very helpful and managing the things very carefully and ambiance is very neat and clean, but now a days lift is not working that creates problem for staying on 3rd and 4th floor. They are having their own restaurant and service is very fast and they have to increase the variety of items in buffet breakfast.

The The Pride Inn is located very close to all Srinagar attractions such as the Lal chowk market, Dal lake, etc. It is a very well-maintained, facility and the service is surprisingly good. Everyone in the The Pride Inn is generally friendly unlike in the rest of Kashmir. Even the food in the restaurant is pretty good. The rooms have all the facilities and are beautiful and traditional. We had an awesome experience at Pride Inn and I definitely recommend it.

We had stayed in Pride Inn The Pride Inn for 4 nights. We booked online from MMT. We got their wooden cottage available on top floor. Very beautiful and traditional designing. Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay. Though lift was not working some times because of low voltage issues. But The Pride Inn is really good and worth. Also if you want to take cab then please go with Asif. You will really enjoy with him and can save your money as well.

I Am staying in the The Pride Inn since last 2 years but their service has deteriorated to a great extent. You find it difficult to get the things, which are included in your package, at the time of booking. You have to ask for welcome drink, water bottles etc. Serving staff's attitude need to be improved.
Charging points were provided on both sides of the bed, but one Side charging point was not working at all.

Wow. What an amazing The Pride Inn to stay with family! Room facilities king size bed, hair dryer, mini fridge, TV etc. food, ambience, room service, car rentals, 24 hours running hot water, lift, generator back up, free WiFi etc. All top class facilities. You think The facility you desire for your comfort they have it or they will try to arrange it for you. Truly wonderful experience!

We paid for breakfast and dinner. The chef was awesome. We had delicious food. Service of the staffs were quick.
Everything was fine in the The Pride Inn. Staffs were quick and responsible. However we got hot water (for shower) only in day time from 8am till 11am. If someone needs to take shower in evening time then only cold water was available. Rest were awesome.

This was my second time at this property. The staff member are extremely cordial specially Javed. Given the condition of Kashmir valley and the internet lockdown it's very difficult to run a The Pride Inn in the first place whereas the Pride Inn is doing a very good job. The rooms might be a little small but trust me the smaller the cozier the rooms in the winters.

Location is good. Around 2 km from Dal lake.
Everything was good except that they provided just 1 water bottle per person for entire day and charged for extra bottles. Most of the The Pride Inns provide free water bottles without any extra charge. Apart from this, The Pride Inn was good, clean, Worth staying.

Spacious room for my family. Staff is straightforward. Overall good experience

Rooms are quite good and staff is cooperative. It is situated at rajbagh sgr. Location of the The Pride Inn is very nice. Room service also good. I feel relaxed in the The Pride Inn. Nice LEDs are fixed at walls with high qualities.

Decent The Pride Inn. Value for money and restaurant, ATM nearby. Good and very fast customer service. Good for overnight stay. Clean room with AC and coffee machine. Staff very responsive. Close to Dal lake. They have vegetarian restaurant as well at the front. Bathroom clean with all kit available. We went for day trips easily to Gulmarg and sonmarg.

Overall good experience with this The Pride Inn toward facilities, room service. It's worth for money. It was a good experience to stay here, pleasant and fast service, facilities were good, worth for money, would recommend this The Pride Inn to others.

Little away from the town. Otherwise it is fine.
