I recently had the opportunity to stay at a The Prominence " the prominence" in dehradun, and i must say, the experience was exceptional in several aspects, particularly when it came to room hygiene, hospitality, and the exemplary service provided by mr. Ravindra chauhan. Firstly, the room hygiene was impeccable. Every corner exuded cleanliness, from the pristine linens to the spotless bathroom facilities. It was evident that the The Prominence staff prioritized maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which contributed significantly to a comfortable and pleasant stay. Secondly, the hospitality extended by the The Prominence staff, particularly mr. Ravindra chauhan, was remarkable. Mr. Chauhan's demeanor was characterized by genuine warmth and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and efficiently. His personalized approach to customer service truly stood out. One instance that exemplified mr. Chauhan's exceptional hospitality was when he graciously offered his personal scooty for us to explore dehradun. This gesture not only showcased his generosity but also his deep understanding of the needs and preferences of guests. It was a gesture that went beyond the call of duty and left a lasting impression. Overall, my experience at the The Prominence was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exemplary room hygiene, outstanding hospitality, and the extraordinary service provided by mr. Ravindra chauhan. His professionalism, coupled with his genuine kindness, made my stay truly memorable, and i would not hesitate to recommend this The Prominence to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming accommodation in dehradun.

This newly built property offers a luxurious stay experience that excels in terms of cleanliness, room accessories, location, and room views, surpassing even the standards of a 5-star The Prominence. The restaurant serves exceptionally delicious dishes, expertly prepared by a highly experienced chef and promptly delivered by an efficient service team with live music. The staff is remarkably courteous, providing guests with amazing hospitality and a personalized touch in all services, including security, reception, housekeeping, and, of course, the entire restaurant staff. Initially, we had booked for just one day. However, after experiencing such outstanding hospitality, we decided to extend our stay for an additional three days. We also chose to celebrate our son's 4th birthday here, and the heartfelt surprises we received made our day exceptionally special, with an abundance of chocolates, cakes and beautiful decoration in the room. Special thanks to the entire team for making our experience so great including ravinder, sarthak, bhupinder, sudhanshu and off-course the loving and caring servicing team members - liniu, lovikali, lidena and the live singer widin.

Everything at the The Prominence including the check in, check out was good. Food was also good. The only issue we faced : we called intercom no 51 for in room dining order which was not picked up and forwarded to some other number. The person who picked was very rude like he was fighting with some one and suddenly had to attend my call. I asked him his name and what happened but he did-not tell and was quite rude. However he took the order and the food was also good. However i felt this should not have happened in a The Prominence of this standard.

It was a good stay overall as the The Prominence is located at nice place and hence you get to see excellent views around. The zoo is just a couple of minutes away. The market is also quite near and if you’re planning to go towards mussoorie then also it’s very convenient. The fridge was empty which my kids didn’t like and also the terrace was not there which is another thing which didn’t go our way. Thanks

One of the best The Prominences i have ever stayed in terms of hospitality, food, services, staff, hygiene and location. Special mention to mr. Kuldeep and mr. Himanshu ji for making our stay comfortable. We attended a holi celebration at The Prominence with other guests which made us feel at home. They also provided mashed apple for our infant. Overall a great experience, worth each penny.

We had a wonderful stay at this The Prominence with my family and kids. The food was delicious and readily available upon request. The manager, ravindra, provided exceptional hospitality. And the restaurant incharge, lovey, was fantastic. Our room was new and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience for both parents and kids.

Overall excellent experience. Location is super overlooking mussoorie hills. Hotel is brand new with super spacious and comfortable rooms of contemporary design. Food quality and overall services are just super. Wishing it all the best. Great getaway from delhi especially in polluted winters due to excellent connectivity now.

The stay at the prominence was exceptionally good. The property is very well done and taken care of. The room size are quite large and the internal layout is very nicely done. The service of the staff is above par and we’re very responsive and hospitable. We had an excellent stay and will be coming back again.

The food was reasonable and best quality far better than other 4 star The Prominences in dehradun. Fish and chips, garhwal thalli and breakfast buffet were just delicious

Breakfast was good, booked a suite room, it could have been better given the higher category of room. Rest stay was comfortable.

Strategic location and overall good ambiance. Good quality food, they don’t serve buffet. They make food as per order if you choose to opt for one major meal.
