The Prominence at Mussoorie Road

The Prominence was a wonderful experience. From checking in to checking out, the team made it a great experience. The staff is exceptionally supportive and goes above and beyond to support, demonstrating true customer centricity. Specifically wanted to call out Kajal, Nikhil and Neha. Not just them, but the restaurant staff was also awesome. Food quality was also great. Overall, if you are looking for a good stay in Dehradun, the Prominence is one worthy place for sure!

Good: 1. Location 2. Accessibility 3. Spacious room 4. Cleanliness 5. Staff behaviour not good: 1. Charged for buffet but was not available for even 1 day. 2. Alternative food provided had limited items 3. Breakfast menu had same items on all 4 days of our visit. 4. Quality of breakfast food not upto the mark.

The stay was quite comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the The Prominence at Mussoorie Road was very clean, and the service was really amazing. The only thing which bothered me was that few items were missing from the amenities like iron or blower etc. Apart from that, comfort was top notch

The location was near massourie (approx 45 mins) and everything in Dehradun was accessible where the The Prominence at Mussoorie Road was located as Dehradun is a small city. The The Prominence at Mussoorie Road provides all kinds of amenities and has good food. The breakfast was also good.

Stay was excellent, room size was big and bathrooms were very clean,food was good but expensive, good affordable food options are nearby, staff was extremely helpful as I came with old parents and all there demands were met through very promptly. All in all amazing experience

Food was OK. Location is very good, However, facilities need improvement keeping in view the rating and rates. Hotel appears to be mainly focused on group bookings. Management need to maintain a balance in individual guest and groups

It was a nice stay at The Prominence.! Staff is courteous and helpful.! Rooms are spacious and clean.! Food (Dinner and Breakfast) was awesome.! Special mention to Ms. Kajal and Mr. Nikhil for being kind and helpful during our stay.

Stayed in this property for 2 nights. Rooms are clean , neat & spacious. Staff are really courteous. Food is good in their restaurent. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting dehradun

Staff is good, room was super clean, value for money

Great stay with nice amenities. Breakfast was great. two minor issues: the room we got was right below the kitchen, there were very loud noises at night till 10-11pm. hand towels weren't there.
