I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Pulse The Pulse in New Town during my business trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The staff managed everything very efficiently and were always polite and respectful, which made me feel very safe as a single woman traveler. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I truly appreciated the hospitality extended by everyone. It is evident that the The Pulse prioritizes guest comfort and safety. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting for business or leisure, and I look forward to staying here again.

Location of the pulse is straight a+ for those who prefer staying in and around new town kolkatta. Neighbourhood is quiet and clean. Food is ready available in nearby restaurants. Another excellent is for the staff behaviour. All are very well mannered. Morning breakfast is good and homely. They could improve by changing bedsheets and towels daily. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff are helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Food is provided in a clean place, sufficient quantity and good quality. Overall highly recommended place.

Prompt room maintenance service was provided. Persons managing were polite. Food was a little spicy. But changed it for the next after asking.
