The Raintree, Annasalai

I have stayed at dozen of The Raintree, Annasalais in chennai. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. This is the perfect The Raintree, Annasalai for a weekend getaway in chennai. The downtown area on main road is a best kept secret and the the raintree annasalai offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Excellent property and very convenient to use activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, i had a great experience with the the raintree staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.

There was no shower bidet in the washroom in room no 817 & in room no 724 & 723 (which we changed to 817 due to various issues in the room. For eg in room no 724 the bathroom has a glass window which is see through from the outside, it feels not an appropriate one. Than lights were not switching on when we wanted single light to be on, only it was switching on all together or off. Same with ac we couldn't reduce it either it was on or off too cold or hot. Than the floor access issues, which need to be looked at. Apart from the above which need improvement or changes & tv which desperately needs an upgrade, the breakfast which you provide is great. My overall rating would be 3 stars out of 5.

It is a good place- good location, a couple of restaurants on the premises, a bar and good clean rooms and bath. The best part is the staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. From the check in to the restaurant staff - everybody has a smile. A special thank you to title at the front desk who lights up the place with her smile. What could be better is the size of the room. And what could be even better is having a floor of smoking rooms. At the minimum a little place outside the main building with chairs, etc.

A good 4 - 5 star The Raintree, Annasalai on annasalai with all modern amenities (though at the time of my stay the pool was closed due to ongoing renovation works) the food menu is good, tasty and healthy. The breakfast at their lobby level restaurant "the kitchen" is yummy and scrumptious as well. The The Raintree, Annasalai could take care of a few small things such as offering in-room slippers, shaving kit by default, handwash and a jet spray which is mild and moderate

First of all really your service is absolutely good and fantastic and the view from floors is amazing and the maintaining rooms perfect as well breakfast food items very good taste and quality food. This is one of the beautiful place i ever seen in some other The Raintree, Annasalais. Glad to stay in your The Raintree, Annasalai. I booked for one day and really i like more about your room services as well as food. Glorious room arrangements.

A very decent The Raintree, Annasalai for business trips. Location is very good, easily approachable and commutable. The rooms were well appointed and clean with all facilities. The staff was very courteous and helpful with everything. Will recommend to all traveller's. The restaurant serves delicious legacies of north indian food and south indian cuisine. Definitely a good The Raintree, Annasalai.

Hi yeah it's very good property and good and clean good service all kind of this is very good reception and front office lovely managers and flooring charges all the kind of very good service but i need some more discount because i am working the travel line solve from malaysia and sometimes i need 24 check out and i got one more booking on next month just give me some more offer and thank you

While i understand there can be lot of disturbances during renovation, i faced issues with my key card. Every time i stepped out i had to change the key as it never worked again. Food quality is good, breakfast spread being my favorite part. The washroom for some reason had hot air locked in. Looking forward to staying here again post renovation.

Room was good but a touch of 5 star exp was missing. Bathrooms were clean and there was no stink. Complimentary b fast was really good.

Okay it's not bad renuvation is going on breakfast thay have to improve more the tastes all' well that's all

I had an early arrival, and i got check-in by nine jn the morning and checked out by 12:30. I was never made uncomfortable, and they had pleasant faces, which made my stay better.

The external is yet to be built completely and lot of noise disturbance due to construction and swimming pool was not operational

Neat and clean rooms. Wide variety of items available for breakfast. Helpful The Raintree, Annasalai staff. Renovation was going on, so swimming pool was not open.

Hotel's staff is polite and humble. Proper cleanliness. Breakfast really good.

The stay was average. The rooms can be little more clean.

Checked in evening on saturday 2 nd september. Happy with the check in process and courtesy of the staff. Very good amenities and excellent king size bed. Very good food at the roof top restaurant for dinner and great service. Great choice at breakfast the next day and a pleasant check out experience. All in all a very happy weekend.

The stay was awesome, very hospitable staff catered to our needs. The breakfast was very appetising and the stay was excellent.
