Staff is attentive, polite and always asks for feedback. Location is very good, adjacent to Oberoi property. The famous Ambrai ghat is just 2 km walk through narrow by-lanes. The rooftop restaurant needs a special mention for a beautiful view of the lake. The restaurant has decent menu options, however completely vegetarian (no egg). Food taste is something which can improve. Although some dishes tasted really good, others were average. The restaurant manager took it as feedback and promised to improve. Overall had a nice stay for 2 nights.

We stayed for 2 nights at the ramvilas, udaipur, over the dussehra weekend. Would like to place on record a few exceptional things about this boutique property on trident road. First things first, hemant, the guy at the reception showed high service levels, cordial behaviour, went out of his way to hon-our any service request that we made. He's an ever smiling guy! housekeeping, specially in these times when everyone is looking for spik and span rooms and linen, they ensured it was in place. Despite running full house in restaurants, ganpati handled everything well. Overall we had a great experience, a small but very well maintained property, excellent food and a small parking right in front makes it a complete package!

Had an amazing stay. Location was very convenient. Newly renovated property. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all necessary amenities. Washroom was very clean with hot water available. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast served in the rooms could have few more variety. Overall the food was just about ok, more scope of improvement still there. Hotel is located near the main city market which an advantage and also has clear entry point with parking. Staff is excellent and food is very good. Though you won't get a clear view of lake from room but it will be suplimented by roof top dining. Only drawback i could find is no non-veg in the The Ramvilas - A Rooftop Lake View Hotel in Udaipur but you can call from outside and they will help you with the cutlery and delivery.

We stayed for 2 days in The Ramvilas - A Rooftop Lake View Hotel in Udaipur in super dulex rooms. Rooms were well maintained and spacious. Proving with all the facilities. We have booked our breakfast with room booking. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel is located in very nice location. Food is good. My wife and i stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It is at a prime location next to oberoi udaivilas. The view from the terrace is awesome. The food is pure vegetarian and the seating area is clean and hygienic. They even customise dishes on our request. We noticed water sprinklers installed and a proper staircase for exit in case of an emergency. The railings on the terraces are strong and sturdy.

The stay was really comfortable and enjoyable. The food of The restaurant was really nice and The view is Worth every penny! The The Ramvilas - A Rooftop Lake View Hotel in Udaipur is new and spacious. The locality is also perfect, close to Oberoi. The management was really helpful. We checked in early but they were ready to help us in a quick check in! The shop is also a must visit!

Smooth check in, but room was stinking, there was no hot water in the room, wash basin was leaking, water cattle was not working on assigned place. Post all these issues had requested the reception to sort the issues but wasn't done due to inherited issues post that room were changed.

They have good staff, comfortable stay also.

Very good stay, in budget, spacious rooms, welcoming staff. The location is peaceful and reachable easily. View from rooftop is good. However washrooms need little improvement and water is salty.
