our stay at the leela ashtamudi was nothing short of magical! nestled amidst the serene beauty of the ashtamudi lake, the property offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. the breathtaking views of the backwaters, combined with the lush greenery, created a calming and rejuvenating atmosphere. the hospitality was outstanding. from the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our stay, the staff ensured we felt at home. our villa was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully catered to. the private sit-out overlooking the lake was a highlight—it allowed us to soak in the beauty of nature in absolute peace. the culinary experience was exceptional. the restaurant offered a wide range of local delicacies and global cuisines, and each dish was a delight to the taste buds. the seafood, in particular, was fresh and flavorful, showcasing the richness of kerala’s culinary traditions. the property also offers numerous activities, from houseboat rides to ayurvedic spa treatments, ensuring there’s something for everyone. we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and thoroughly pampered. the leela ashtamudi is a destination in itself and a perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle of city life. we can’t wait to return to this paradise.. i added the images

We had a very good experience staying at the The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel. We were welcomed by the well trained staff and was provided a refreshing welcome drink. The The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel was able to provide us with the allotted room well before time and they gave a brief introduction on activities and facilities they have at their premises. The allotted room was clean except that the rooms were bit old. The cupboards were hard to open and chairs had stain marks on them which i never expected from a reputed The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel. Shockingly, even the toilet taps had issues! not to brag much, the stay was good and the cuisine served a very good food. The breakfast spread was top notch. Except for the fact that the The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel refused to provide us the happy hour offer as stated in mmt while booking which was a huge disappointment. The complimentary boating arranged by the The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel was a good experience too. Overall a good get away!

It was a wonderfuly located resort close to backwaters of ashtamudi lake. We got a complementary half hour house boat ride. Buffet food was excellent included with so much of varieties. We opted for lake view category room. That outside view was stunning. Rooms are all well maintained and neat. House keeping staff doing their work perfectly. Main thing is that the staff courtesy. Their behavior was so nice to guests. My opinion is that the resort is maintaining their 5star value not only in paper but in real and the staffs are all doing their job with a passion. Excellent. the best place i have ever stayed in ! the property was absolutely breathtaking with scenic views into the lake, pretty pools and lavish rooms. the food was really tasty too with a good mix of authentic malayali cuisine, continental and chinese dishes which tasted perfect. there was also a live counter serving hot dishes. the hospitality with which the staff treated us elevated this experience to the next level. overall, i would recommend this stay to anyone.. yes it is kind of expensive but it is totally worth 😁

i loved my stay in leela astamudi. all the staffs were great. i chose this place to celebrate my mom’s bday and they made is very special. loved their food and the property location. i want to specifically thank yashdeep, velum & chakram. would definitely recommend my friends 🙂

More staff is required while the The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel is running at capacity. The days the crowd was less the service was excellent but the days the The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel was full they struggled and there were massive delays in service.

Wonderful location with a serene lake. Infinity pool with lake view is wow. Enjoyed the stay with very good hospitality. Delicious breakfast was an add on.

We had a lovely stay in this The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel. The view from the balcony was really good. Hotel is very well maintained, staff is really polite and the food was really delicious.

The leela ashtamudi, kollam, was an excellent stay. The property location is very calm and relaxing. The food is very good too. Staff is very courteous and always ready to help. These are the reasons we extended our stay to 1 more day and enjoyed it.

The property was great. Right on the bank of the river. It's an old property and the age has started showing, especially in the washrooms. Nothing too shabby though. The property does not have too much open space outside. Great service. Food was good as well.
