The Raviz Kadavu

My stay was very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The property’s location was okay, but the overall experience was far below expectations. The room was not properly maintained, the amenities were either missing or not functioning well, and the service was very poor. Food quality was average and not value for the price charged. I expected a comfortable and pleasant stay, but it was a waste of money. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

My recent 2-day stay at Raviz Kadavu was a complete disappointment. The experience was far from the standards I expected, especially compared to my pleasant visit two years ago. The breakfast service was extremely poor — the captains and staff seemed inattentive, and even basic requests like serving water were ignored. What made things worse was the checkout experience. I was wrongly charged for mini-bar items that I never used. Despite pointing out that the seals were intact and the boxes appeared damaged, the staff refused to listen and insisted on charging me. Such behavior is unacceptable for a reputed property. If this situation had occurred in any premium brand, it would have been handled professionally, without argument. Sadly, Raviz Kadavu no longer lives up to its reputation. I strongly recommend avoiding this property unless they seriously improve their service and staff attitude.

It was a great stay for Diwali Eve. The rooms were neat with a beautiful garden view.The pool was also neat and clean.Buffet spread was delicious as well.Hospitality needs special mention.

Over all stay, food and ambiance is very good but iam not felt any major diffrence between normal room and suit room.

Good location, near by calicut international air port. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel travel desc service is very convenience for pick up and drop out. My family enjoyed too much, especially boating & break fast food.

Nice property with an earthy and warm feel. They have blended both traditional Kerala vibes and modern amenities very well. The staffs are very nice and well trained. The complementary breakfast had a good spread and the quality & taste was very consistent. We stayed in the premium river view room which was spacious and has a big balcony. Only little drawback felt was that the bathroom was little cramped. All in all we will definitely be happy to stay here again.
