The Reach Hotel

It was a lovely experience the room was clean and very comfortable the bathroom was so clean and the staff and people around were very polite and helpful, there are plenty of restaurants around the property and the food is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place it's totally worth it thank you to The Reach Hotel reach inn staff for the lovely service.

The room was immaculately clean and spacious, exceeding my expectations. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from the entire The Reach Hotel team. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction.

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

The stay was comfortable but the ceiling was having some sort of fungus on front of the ac vents and the two panels above the entry door was broken. The exhaust fan on bathroom was not working and overall just ok

Most recommended stay. Room and toilet are very clean. I stayed here for 1 night, all tourist spots are near to this The Reach Hotel. It's absolutely 2 kilometres from ernakulam south junction. I rate 4. 9/5.

Sevice was good, but ac doesn't work properly. We informed them and the service men came their and checked, but no changes at all. Still enjoyed the overall service and all.

First they allotted me a room in which fan is not working. Then i moved to another room in which door is not locking that's all. Cleanliness is good.
