Help and assistant from shubham and vineet at the front desk made my stay really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the shower. The restaurant staff was courteous but you could tell that they are in training and have a lot to learn. I'm grateful for the hospitality they all showed me and hope to visit again.

familyLocated on a small hillock a bit away from the city, this resort is tastefully done up. The staff is polite and extremely responsive. The dining facility has lots of options. The view from room and open restaurant is amazing. The only drawback i felt was that i was asked to pay for early checkin for 2 hours and late checkout for 2 hours. However, on my insistence, the late checkout charges were waived off. Overall, a good property and i would love to visit with my family again.

Terrible experience, rude staff, absolutely no grace. Will deny all your requests bluntly. I stayed there for 7 days, and this was my first and last stay in the property. I have used many hotels in indore before and thought of trying something new but trust me it was a horrible experience.

familyThe property is easily a 5 star. Dont know why its a 3 star on mmt. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is open 24 hrs for basic needs like chai coffee and some snacks. Buffet has a modest spread but very good taste so no complains. Pool was clean. Our room was upgraded for no extra charge. It was clean with big tv and bathtub. Overall very nice experience.
