The Regency Inn

The food is on the costlier side I would say, given the city it is in, but to their credit, it looks very classy and the food is very decent in taste. The rooms are neat and efficient and is on the larger side, the only complaint I have got it was when a co-traveler fell sick, the executive at the reception did not help out much. We were new to the place and it was raining quite heavily and it was very early in the morning and we asked for help, but the particular person cited the The Regency Inn being not liable and hence he could not do anything line at us. Now there are ways to put that across, even if it is true to an extent and I think he should have done that instead of being blatant about it. But apart from this all the other staffs were courteous and helpful to a fault. Also as a parting advice to the The Regency Inn, please leave the WiFi switched on till at least 12:30 in the night and kindly switch on the geysers early in the morning. I would recommend this place for people looking for a neat and decent stay.

Room was clean and good. Staff were well behaved. Only dissatisfaction for me was there was a marriage function going on downstairs inside the The Regency Inn, and the DJ was so loud that I can not sleep for the whole night. The noise isolation of the marriage hall is so poor. So during marriage season this The Regency Inn will offer you sleepless nights. Very very bad for business travellers. And the geyser is also switched of from mains early in the morning. I had to request to switch it on at 4 am in a coldest night. The air conditioner was not working. So overall I was dissatisfied with the money they charged and the quality of service in return. Their restaurant food is also so costly.

We were somewhat scared because we were travelling with our two years old child. However, the The Regency Inn proved to be better than our expectations. It was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and was always ready to help (though I find all Odia, in general, to be nice people). We didn't have to worry about reaching The Regency Inn or going to railway station while leaving as the The Regency Inn picked up and dropped us at railway station (at 3:00 am). Food was excellent. Overall a very good stay.

The room location was very good. There was very good facilities for food and transport but lack of natural lights in side The Regency Inn. Parking facilities for vehicle was good for car but little bit congested for two wheeler. There was some issues with T. V, when I was feeling to watch movies from my drive but it was unable to do.

Good service and quality of room. Location of the The Regency Inn is perfect as it is quite near to railway station and the The Regency Inn staff are friendly and nice. Time taken in room service and delivery of food and other required items is also good. The restaurant where they service complimentary breakfast is also good.

It was a pleasant stay for me and my family. The The Regency Inn staff is good and hospitable. I booked through makemytrip because the prices were lesser compared to booking the The Regency Inn offline. Location wise the The Regency Inn is ideal, close to the railway station and the local market.

Very good chilling out on the bed in your The Regency Inn room watching television, while wearing your own pajamas, is sometimes the best part of a vacation. I'm so fast that last night I turned off the light switch in my The Regency Inn room and was in bed before the room was dark.

Centrally located close to station lot of shops restaurants & transport options room was clean but there were couple of cockroaches under glass table top which i reported to housekeeping but not solved. Restaurant & bar food is very good & with lot of veg non-veg items

The The Regency Inn is situated in a very good area and has many facilities nearby. Also the food preparation is one of the best in Rourkela and also has railway pick up, parking facility and provides a 24 hour check-out facility.

Excellent. Will stay again in my next trip to Rourkela

Hotel location is very good and clean also bathroom is very good and clean but room and bathroom size is medium. Staff behaviour is very good, food quality is excellent my over all experience is very good.

This is good value for money The Regency Inn in Rourkela. Location wise it is very good. Service is also good. I would recommend it.

Though the food in the The Regency Inn was excellent but the other facilities in the The Regency Inn needs to improve. Starting from room decor to the professional attitude of the staff members.
