The tea cup was stained. The price of 1 plate of omellte was 200 and behaviour of the reception and one the waiter was not good asking in from tod all the guest in the restaurant that breakfast is not complimentary but I gently say I will pay.

The stay at the hotel was very good, after viewing some negative reviews on the internet I was a bit tensed about my decision,but when I checked in the property I was totally amazed by the hospitality of the staff. The food was really good, as a regular visitor to shillong I can definitely say that the food was really more than expected. The location is a bit tricky but google maps is there. If somebody is planning a quiet family outing than it's worth it.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was horribly dirty and completely unhygienic. The food served was just as bad – definitely not safe to eat. On top of that, the staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no mobile network at all, and the WiFi wasn’t working either. When we asked for help, the hotel manager sarcastically told us to stand in front of the road if we wanted any signal! Absolutely ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It’s not worth the money or the headache. Also, MakeMyTrip is equally responsible for this

Best in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.

Fabric and quality of bed sheet and pillows was average. Causing breathing problems. Also, hotel should clean the room and change bed sheets on daily basis.

The most welcoming and hygienic suite i've ever stayed. 100%hygienic with good food and amazing hospitality. Must stay suite, much more better than those expensive namesake hotels at pb shillong.
