Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, good swimming pool, decent breakfast spread and great location. Walkable from Palarivatom metro station. The exterior of the The Renai Cochin, the reception/lobby and the lift are something they can improve to make it look attractive as they seem to be looking old.

Excellent ambience. Since it was a holiday The Renai Cochin was crowded. Breakfast area was also crowded. They had a software isssue to access lift with room key hence we had to depend on The Renai Cochin staff to go to swimming pool and back to room. Rest all were fantastic. Food is excellent

It was good could have been excellent if on last day of Check out when I extended my time on paid basis they would have cleaned my room if I am checking out at 6pm which was ore informed one night before still they did not clean my room when u left at 7:45 am and. AME back at 12 noon

The stay as always was great in renai with amazing room quality. I had an early check in because of my early flight but the team ensured that i get my tea before the travel which was just amazing. Keep up the good work

Excellent location, check in and check out was a breeze! breakfast was yummy as well, with a more kerala spread. I would definitely stay here again!
