The Residency

Had stayed one night for office work. Spacious room, 2 litres of bottled water, fully -stacked mini bar, tea coffee arrangements, clean linen, all toiletries, working tv channels & no power interruption. The room had a large bed & large working table which is so important for working on the laptop. In addition, 2 single seater sofas & coffee table. A pleasant experience awaited at the breakfast venue, the pavilion. There was plenty of space & the food menu was very good. Idlis were so soft. Staff efficiency was excellent. Service was very quick. They seem to be trained very well. Overall a pleasant experience!

It is awesome in a single word. The rooms are pretty good and so is the room service. The Reception staff are too good and polite. The washroom and it’s accessories left a permanent impression on our minds. We loved it from the bottom of our hearts. Great selection of comodes indeed. The shower point is equally awesome. Thanks to the person whoever played a pivotal role in selecting these items for Residency. Undoubtedly, I do refer this place to my friends whoever visit Chennai. Good day

The The Residency charged me a half day’s rent for an early check I had requested a 8.00 am checkin.. if I was not prepared to pay then I had to wait at the reception until 12.00 pm.. however the The Residency wasn’t going to take half charges for an early check out.. I checked out at 6.00 am was still paid a whole day’s rent.. the next early checkin customer will be allocated the room I vacated and still be charged half a day’s rent

Property location is just perfect right at the t nagar, 15 kms from international airport. Ambiance good, food very nice and service also up to mark. Got bit disappointed as i was given a room which had small ants in wall and on bed sheet. Also there was spider. Complained about it and immediately got replacement to shift to another room which was good. Overall a nice experience to stay.

Very professionally managed good business The Residency. Stayed just one night for a visa interview. Location and proximity to us consulate was a strong incentive. Ate at the chinese restaurant and the right place and the food in each was excellent. Issues we faces was the ac did not operate at the temperature we set, got warm at night and the breakfast was at best average

Excellent location in t nagar with great connectivity and spacious rooms. There was a problem with the shower which was resolved by the The Residency. Humidity control with ac was an issue that they need to fix. While the food in the breakfast area is good, the service was below par. The restaurant is understaffed and waiters were totally demotivated and disinterested.

Good stay. Property centrally located. Have a complaint though. Had requested swap for some basic complimentary food for yesterday dinner against breakfast today, as we left by 6 am. Neither MMT nor The Residency didn’t consider….. Such rare small gestures make logic of customer delight more stronger. Anyhow hope in future do consider …..

Property is on a prime location. The facilities and room decor is not less than any 5-star property. The food was awesome. Whatever i had it was too yummy. B`fast menu to add few more varieties. Managers and staffs are too polite, humble and always smiling. I love this property and recommend to other corporate officials too.

Location is very good, excellent ambience, easy. To get app based cabs. The property is well maintained, very good friendly staff. Rooms are well maintained and house keeping staff too are very friendly. Two excellent restaurants and yummy food. 24x7 in room dining.

The stay was comfortable and staff were very courteous. The food at pavilion was good and enjoyed the stay.

I was stayed 2 nights room service is very worst. Morning 8am they not even pickup call for order. Coffee and tea are very worst and luggage unloading also not good. Only reception staff are answered

I would rate 9 from 10. Good spacious rooms, clean bathrooms with good facilities. Situated at road side of t nagar area. Staffs behavior were good. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Only problem i see is their food charges seems little high. Would definitely suggest for family
