overall, pretty good. wished they had provided a bigger room since we booked for 3 adults and paid for it. also, the breakfast buffett could have been better organized and more responsive for requests. the so called “high tea” was mediocre. the room was very clean and neat though. checkin/ checkout and other room services were excellent 👍

When i reached the front desk, they could not find my reservation. They said my reservation did not land in their system. However, they managed to find my bookings in 15-20min.
