One of the old hotel property in Bhopal. You will not find new fresh construction. All furniture inside room might be 20 years old. Extremely poor service. Have to remind twice for everything.

Location is excellent. Service is very good. Food is also good. Staff is very co-operative. The room and toilets are clean. Only areas they should improve is better Towels and toiletries. Only negative- there were cockroaches in the room. They should regularly do paste control.

Washroom is not working properly , Pathetic service ordered for coffee pouch they provide me after 1 hour when i had called them 4-5 times.worst experience i will not recommend to choose this hotel to anyone .
