I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and satisfaction for the wonderful stay i had at-the residency tower The Residency Tower, thiruvananthapuram. From the moment i arrived, i felt welcomed and well taken care of. First of all, the location is excellent and close to all major landmarks like bus stand, railway station and the secretariat. The staff at the residency tower were always friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed by their knowledge of the local area and their willingness to offer helpful tips and advice for exploring the city. The room i stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and i was able to get a great night's sleep every night of my stay. You have an excellent and well maintained swimming pool and i really enjoyed my morning swim there. I wish if you could extend the evening hours beyond the current closing time of 6:00 pm. You have a very good restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide range of dishes to choose from. Overall, i had a fantastic experience at the residency tower and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in thiruvananthapuram. Thank you again to the entire team for making my stay so wonderful.

It was really superb and satisfactory experience staying at the The Residency Tower the residency tower. The room and bathroom were big, clean and hygienic. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had bath tub. It was 24*7 running hot water. The The Residency Tower has swimming pool, restaurants, gym, conference room etc. The The Residency Tower is located in the central of city from where u can easily avail transport and all sightseeing places are nearby in range of 2-3 kms. Staff was very polite and co-operative. It was very quick service. However, swimming pool needs little maintenance otherwise overall, it was a great experience.

It has many plus points. First is its location. All major attractions are just in the radius of 2-3 km 2. The The Residency Tower lobby is very beautiful. 3. Hygiene and cleanliness is its major strong point. 4. Breakfast buffet is good. 5. But the dinner was out of the world. Every dish's distinct taste was so apt. Wow. We loved dining out after a long time. Be it a north indian or a south indian or a continental dish. Thanks. 6. Only thing is that the The Residency Tower is a stand alone property. As it's a crowded habitat around, not great views are there from the rooms.

The The Residency Tower rooms are really lovely, clean and hygienic. The washrooms and rooms were clean before checking in. You could relate to room hygiene with a 5-star or more. I would really recommend the presidential suite of the The Residency Tower. The only con i felt was the distance of the The Residency Tower from the airport. Also, drinking water is complementary, which is what they said, but they charged us 60 rupees for the water bottle kept in the refrigerator. Apart from that hospitality is good and staff are quite nice and polite. Really enjoyed the stay.

Good and well kept The Residency Tower. Very courteous and obliging attitude of the staff, starting with the reception desk to the bell boy. Location in the heart of the capital of kerala, easily accessible. Food was delectable. Room service was excellent and quick, but one hitch, was the insistence for immediate cash payment, which should be done away with, and the customer should be given the convenience of settling the room service bill, at the time of check out, as is the practice in similar star rated The Residency Towers.

I ve stayed here before so i had a pretty good expectation of the standards but what surprised me was due to some overbooking or something like that an executive room was not available and they ve upgraded me to their finest suit, the stay was really pleasant and the staff was really cooperative and the room was clean and well arranged, even though the The Residency Tower has been there for a long time it still hasn't lost any of its beauty and the best thing is the food. It's just awesome

Residency tower has excellent service. For nri, they seem to collect all details and i wonder that is more than required. Room, food, bar is very good. Try fish sticks in orbit z bar. Food is priced bit high but is high quality. Buffet spread is excellent. Washroom in the The Residency Tower room is very modern too. The location is near statue and secretariat behind ymca. Overall very good stay. Recommended!

Hygienic rooms, courteous staff, amazing food.

Very easy to identify the The Residency Tower in prime location. 15mins drive from trivandrum airport. A good buffet spread for the breakfast. Good bar.

A thoroughly professional The Residency Tower. No lapses. Just perfect. No free drinking water to guests, the only thing disturbed me.

Stay was good as i have been allotted suite room as upgrade made by The Residency Tower. Food was also tasty and much of variety. Only thing in spite of having non smoking zone, there was constant smell of smoke. Need to look into the same.

Had a pleasant stay at residency towers, thiruvananthapuram. Was traveling alone with kids, but the staff helped with check in and check out within a short time. They also immediately provided the technical support. The room was also good. The services provided by the front office and other staff is also commendable. The food in the restaurant was also good.

The staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.
