The Residency Towers

The The Residency Towers is grand and the staff is polite and helpful. Food: the complimentary breakfast had a good spread and was tasty. The grilled fish was delicious and so were the vadas. We has ordered room service which was delivered in a short time and was well made. Room was spacious but i feel there was lack of ergonomics, the practicality or ease of use was missing- like, there was a working table/counter but no chair! one had to sit on the lounger kept nearby- not at all good if you need to work!the socket on one side of the bed was european style so i couldn't plug in my gadgets there. I enjoyed the coffee from the espresso coffee maker. I was expecting an ironing board to be in the room but. Bathroom: though it is a personal issue but i need counters bars close to the shower area, which i didn't get here. I must say the wc was pretty fancy- automated! the ac in our room was not working so we had to move to another room! overall it was fine.

I was greatly impressed by their hospitality and courtesy towards the guests staying there, the individual care and attention they provide to any and every request you have. I was a solo traveler who just wanted to rest after a long ordeal and I surely had the best two days there doing nothing, I took the their premier room which was amazing, the whole room including the washroom is electronically controlled with the help of an i pad and that experience was amazing, you can even order food and submit other requests through the I pad, the room was spot clean, had ambient lighting and was spacious, the washrooms were good as well, in room dining experience was good, the restaurants main Street and crown were amazing, food was very tasty.

I had a great stay at residency towers, courteous staff right from receptionist to bell boy. Room was clean and commode in bathroom was fascinating for its automated functions like self cleaning. I had complementary breakfast at the The Residency Towers which was good for its spread and taste. Only aspect which is good from The Residency Towers’s point of view but i didn’t like completely was multiple follow ups for room cleaning (i was in chennai to attend a wedding and we couldn’t sleep the previous night so we were sleeping in. I would prefer to come back for my stay at the The Residency Towers when i’m in chennai. No

It is one of the most techno-savy The Residency Towers i have been. The curtains and blinds; lighting, temperature control is all on pad and digital screen. The toilet fittings are state of the art and top line. To understand this level of expertise and presiceness one has to experience it itself. Food quality is good. 20th floor sky restaurant is breath taking. The location at t nagar makes it further special with most of the things very close from the business point of view. Overall recommended to stay to experience the magic touch

Our stay in the The Residency Towers for two days and the noise levels in the room facing the road is quite high. Surprised to know they have not done sound proof windows in their rooms (at least those on the road facing side. We also had to shift to a different room on the second night due to the noise issues, which we complained to the front office staff. Overall, the service staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet is a good spread and food is good too.

The The Residency Towers is located in a nice surrounding and easily accessible. The staff were courteous rooms were well maintained, and the smart room features were excellent. The food at buffet was good, yet the menu had limited variety. During our four day stay, we had almost the same buffet spread. Overall, i would highly recommend this place for a decent and comfortable stay.

Stay at the The Residency Towers has been good overall! staff response: very good. Be it, reception, house keeping or bell desk. Room: kudos for upgrading the room controls to match the tech needs of today. Food: whether breakfast or in-room dining, needs improvement. Tiny inconvenience: people to note that the swimming pool refurb works are ongoing. So expect drill noise.

A repeat stay, room amenities are first class, from the controls of the a/c, tv, lights, curtains, inroom dining all controlled by an ipad which worked perfectly. Choice of menu though limited, the biryani was delicious, the chinese excellent, and the fruit salad was quite a large portion. Request for room cleaning was met promptly, all in all an enjoyable stay

Located in the heart of city, good interiors rooms are renovated so they are awesome. Also smart rooms food is tasty. Everything is good but keep in mind this all comes at a cost if you can afford you can stay here it’s great The Residency Towers.
