5 star property with good service. We had trouble checking in because of an issue from MMT side, but they managed to resolve it within 45 mins. Rooms were good and spacious.

The AC was not working properly, even though the tablet display showed it was set to high. Also, during checkout, the receptionist asked me to wait until room service verified whether the items in the mini-bar were untouched. Honestly, when a guest books a room worth ₹7,000 per night, it’s understood that if anything is consumed, we would definitely pay for it. This kind of doubtful and unprofessional handling leaves a poor impression. If you don’t trust customers, why keep a mini-bar in the room at all? Please take this as constructive feedback to improve your guest experience and staff communication.

Location, Rooms and Staff are good. The room service & Coffee shop food is below average. The buffet is Luke warm and despite complaining for 3 days no one did anything about it. Room Service messed up my order 3 times in a day. The hotel is non smoking and this is not mentioned clearly at the time of booking so Extremly inconvenient if you happen to be a smoker to keep coming down to the lobby

Rooms provided through MMT booking are always corner deserted rooms which lacks in certain aminities. For Ex the shower in my room was working in a very average. The room provided for me was a interconnecting room, the noises made in near room was distributing during sleep.

Excellent hospitable stay! At reception Varun was very courteous as well as Ms. Bridgite was very hospitable and at the all day dining Restaurant Mukhilan and Gibjraj were very attentive.
